Great stay! Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is huge! Only thing to make sure you are aware of is the spiral staircase going up to the unit would be difficult with heavy luggage or someone older. We were well aware of the spiral staircase so knew what to expect and it didn't affect us negatively.

We thought this unit was beautiful and it had personal touches that made it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked and was updated and modern. The unit was clean and fresh. The bathroom is spacious with a great soaking tub and nice shower. Mario and Stephanie excelled at communication and giving us great information about the area, including offering some nearby things to see and do. It was a great location, and we loved the on site, secured covered parking. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Santa Clarita and would want to stay there again when we are visiting our family who live in town. Check in and check out were seamless and it was an overall great, great experience.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Great location and only a little over an hour from Death Valley! Everything was very clean and immediately felt like home to us for our five day stay. Ryan was super quick to respond and resolve when there was a weather-related issue affecting the AirBnB. We went out to eat dinner while he got it fixed and by the time we returned the issue was gone! Loved the complimentary water bottles, condiments, cooking seasonings, popcorn, even items for the washer/dryer! Everything felt very safe in town and there were tons of restaurants and places to go grocery shopping nearby. Would highly recommend this place for anyone just wanting to relax away from society or wanting to head to the national Park!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Joani was flexible with both check-in and check-out which was much appreciated. We enjoyed using the air fryer in the kitchen. The brand new air mattress was comfortable and easy to set up. Everything was as described and the apartment felt new and well-taken care of. There were ceiling fans in every room and an AC in the living room, which helped us sleep more comfortably. The only thing we noticed that was lacking was creamer and sweetener for the coffee as well as oils and spices for cooking, but as this is a new rental, I imagine that those things may get added soon. The host’s sister lives nearby and was responsive when we needed to ask a question.

We enjoyed our work trip!! The house was clean and plenty of room for everyone. I would come back.

Great home with everything you need. Super close to town. The only thing is that the neighbors clearly dont like Airbnb. They have picket signs up protesting short-term rentals which doesnt make you feel very comfortable. Doesnt affect the house at all.

This place is beautiful. Everything looks just like the pictures but yet the pictures didnt do justice. It's even more beautiful in person. Very cozy & relaxing. A lot of mosquitoes but that has nothing to do with Paul or this house its off of a lake so its expected just bring your repellant. Cant complain about anything. Looking to go back Immediately.....

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was kind, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The space was clean and cozy, and we were able to enjoy the fire pit as well. It's always a pleasure to stay somewhere with a host who trulyyyy works with you. This place was the perfect location for friends and family to visit within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect landing pad for being close to the people important in our lives. It was homey and comfortable making the stay like a second home away from home. I am saving this location for future visits due to it's perfect location and amazing hosts.

Me and my coworkers had an amazing stay at this location compared to the others we’ve been staying at.

Everything was great, Ana is nice and easy to work with/accomodating. The place was very comfortable and has a dedicated bathroom for the room. Bed was comfortable, and coming and going was easy. Only down sides, no shower soaps or that kind of thing, and occasionally the dogs get yippy, but were totally silent at night. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks!

Second time staying at this location. Excellent as always. Tanner and Jess are extremely responsive and their place has all of the amenities that you could want to make a rental feel like home. Highly recommend.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.
