These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

I love staying at Katy’s place. I’ve stayed here at least three times it’s my go to when visiting my daughter. LaCrescenta is nestled up in the foothills of the Los Angeles Crest forest. It always has clean air, and beautiful magic-hour sunlight. This is a cozy one bedroom with a futon in a separate room , private entrance, private outdoor seating area. And I’m eternally grateful that I can bring gas over to just hang out and be together. It’s definitely a home away from home.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Veronica's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was exactly as described, if not even better—spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like coffee supplies and snacks, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from things to do, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I loved the little outdoor space, which was so peaceful and the kids had a great time playing Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything I needed. They were always available for any questions, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled weekend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and very thoughtful in its amenities. There were books to read, a swivel mounted TV, and the sectional has a pullout that can make it a bed/lounge space. There were chocolates on the nightstand and water bottles in the fridge, which we deeply appreciated, especially after a long drive. The hosts were responsive and kind. We’ll definitely request to book here again the next time we’re in LA and are looking to stay in the north Hollywood area. While the Airbnb feels private and relatively removed from the big city because of the trees/surrounding nature, it’s close to quite a few shops that are easy to walk to. Definitely be careful when going around the windy road though! We almost got hit twice by people driving a bit quickly and more in the center of the road. Thank you again so much for a lovely stay!

This unit was exactly as described / seen in the listing. Perfect size for one or two people. Lovely view, nice neighborhood to walk. Porch swing looks like a perfect spot … I, though, encountered snowy weather so didn’t have a chance to try it out. Great shower pressure!!! Comfortable bed! Loved the pillows. WiFi was great —- able to “work from home” a bit each day. As stated in the post, the hosts and their dog live above the unit and there is some sound transmission. Overall it is easy to dismiss and not a distraction. Great communication from the host. Easy, private access to the unit. I absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely cute little place that was perfect for my boyfriend and I’s weekend fun/kid free getaway. Perfectly private from the main home and a cute little simple setting. Loved the rock accented flooring in the bathroom.

This was a perfect place to stop for a quick visit with my niece at Humboldt. It was clean comfy and peaceful. The bathroom is AMAZING! The tub is huge! the shower is great and the heated floors are incredible. I almost wanted to sleep on them! I will be back for sure and also let me sister know it would be a great place for her to stay.

Had a wonderful day at James‘s place. The area was quiet and walkable to many places. James was a very responsive host and the apartment was beautifully furnished. There was no actual kitchen in the apartment, but they did have a small refrigerator, microwave, glasses and a cart with some plates, bowls and a toaster. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.!!!

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

Jodi's place was my last two night stay over of a 12 day road trip. I stayed at a total of 9 airbnbs and hers was the best! I literally did not leave her peaceful yard. I did yoga, napped, took a bath and just rested and recharged before heading home. Jodi made me feel very comfortable while we chatted. I already hope to return in July to actual DO L.A. lol, sometimes we just need to listen to our bodies. 🙏✌️♥️✨️

I felt fortunate to find this place after needing last minute accommodations before moving back into our home. It was near our school, neighborhood and businesses we frequent. Luan was very responsive when I reached out and continued to check in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were full size, which looked smaller in the photos. And the fridge and freezer easily fit the food we had to transport back to our home. As a family of four, we split up between the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There were ample towels, sheets and pillows for all of us.

Myrna and Bruce's place, despite being a very reasonable distance from the main attractions we wanted to see in North L.A. (about 45 minutes to the Getty on the day we went), felt peaceful and safe. I slept comfortably on the sofa bed; we used the very up-to-date washer and dryer and availed ourselves of lovely coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was cosy, clean and very pleasant. We unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to meet Myrna and Bruce themselves, but they kept in close touch and kindly told us everything we needed. Entry and exit were easy and smooth. I recommend this place as a great base for exploring L.A. and environs if you have a car and are resigned to the inevitable distances!

Lucy was extremely communicative and helpful. There was a problem with the tv, and she fixed it the next day. I really appreciated her responsiveness. The place itself was conveniently located and quiet. It’s a great space for a family looking to explore SF.

Joyce and I truly appreciated everything about this Airbnb rental. Not only were we able to enjoy our visit to Roseville, we were also able to have my 83 year old sister come to visit us, have a great meal together and even did a Zoom conference with two of her children living in Washington who she has not seen for a number of years. Though I could continue with the accolades, perhaps the best reference is quoting my sister in saying, "I can't believe what a beautiful place you guys are staying in!"
