Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Lovely cottage in the beautiful village of Strathyre. Kintail cottage features 2 doubles and a twin to sleep a maximum of 6 guests. The property comes with a fully fitted kitchen featuring all mod cons to make this a 'home from home'. The lounge area comes with a super comfy sofa area, TV and superfast broadband, central heating is provided throughout the property. Strathyre is located at the top of Loch Lubnaig 15 minutes north of the pretty town of Callander and 40 minutes from Stirling.

The Wee Hoose

Matt and Annett welcome you to The Wee Hoose probably Scotland's smallest holiday home. Down a wee lane off the Main Street, you will find a charming cottage: one bedroom, open plan lounge/kitchen with feature wall and bathroom with shower. Callander is a vibrant town in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, indeed, right in the heart of Scotland. We do welcome pets also, but please note the Wee Hoose has NO garden, however, there are plenty of beautiful walks right on your doorstep.

Callander is 10 mins drive, with great shops and historic Roman Camp. Or head west for a breathtaking drive past Loch Katrine, and over the Dukes pass and stunning scenery to Aberfoyle and Go Ape!

Our "Newly" refurbished house has an outdoor raised balcony with seating providing stunning views overlooking the River Teith. We have a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living area with two sofas, a double bedroom and lovely shower room and to the rear is a garage. It makes a cosy and relaxing hub suitable for a short break or longer holiday and is in a peaceful central location only a two minute walk from the towns Main Street with its variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Newly renovated pet friendly self catered Scandinavian style log cabin nestled in the private grounds of Ardoch Lodge a 9 acre Victorian Hunting Lodge. This stunning log cabin is set in a wooded area covered in bluebells in the spring, some distance from the house, with private car parking, outside dining area. The cabin is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, with a wood burning stove making it extra cosy and comfortable at any time of the year.

This luxury glamping pod has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette, whilst also benefitting from unrivalled views on Ben Ledi. Unlike many glamping experiences, our pods come with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen utensils provided, so that you can focus on enjoying your stay. This pod also has underfloor heating and a covered porch allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the view. All guests also have access to free WiFi and parking.
