The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. Dripping Creek Cabin is a nice getaway between Fowler and Middle Branch creeks. Come walk the creek and dip if the water is up, get in the hot tub, or just walk the hills and valley. It's not far from both Columbia and Jefferson City as well as nature areas outside Hartsburg and Ashland. No ATVs allowed! There are trails north of I-70 in the Finger Lakes area if you’re looking for a place. Inquire about longer stays by message!
