Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

The condo was great. Even better was the location. Lots of restaurants nearby and the beach was just a short walk away. Hosts were really responsive and answered our every questions. I would really recommend this place.

숙소가 사진과 같아요. 3명이서 지내기에 넓고 구조가 좋았어요. 3개의 방이 모두 뷰가 예쁘고, 자동 커튼입니다. 3개의 방이 혼자 쓰기에 넓고, 개인 옷장도 넉넉하게 있고, 침대도 넓어요. 침구류와 수건이 깨끗하고 넉넉했어요. 청소 상태가 너무 좋아요. 벌레 없어요. 좋은 향기가 나는 숙소 였어요. 냉장고에 정수기가 붙어있어요. 쇼파가 편했어요. 거실에만 tv가 있고, 큰 편입니다. 거실에 발코니가 크게 있고 나가면 세탁기가 있어요. 키가 2개라 편해요. 엘리베이터 키 찍고 층수를 눌러야 해요. 로비에 직원이 상주하고 있어요. 수영장 이용은 하지 못했지만 보기에 크고 깨끗했어요. 건물 뒷편에 수영장이 있어요. 실내화가 넉넉하게 준비돼 있어요. 수건도 넉넉 했어요. 친구가 충전기를 놓고 나왔는데, 다른 호텔로 가져다 주셨어요. 너무 감사드립니다. 여기 묵은 2박이 너무 좋았어요. 친절하시고 깨끗한 숙소. 가성비 너무 좋아서 무조건 추천 하고 싶어요.

Had a great stay! The location was convenient, the space was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything matched the listing perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

무엉탄 럭셔리 호텔과 접해있는 아파트먼트. 바로 앞 도로만 건너면 미케비치이고 주변에 마트와 맛집들이 많습니다. 호텔 만큼 럭셔리하지는 않지만 건물 내부가 깔끔하고 가격대비 시설이 좋은 편입니다. (발코니를 제외하면 사진과 거의 일치합니다) 건물 입구에는 경비원이 있고 열쇠가 없으면 엘리베이터를 이용하지 못하기때문에 보안은 좋은 편. 아파트먼트에 세탁기가 있어서 빨래도 할 수 있어요 (수영복도 빨수 있어서 좋습니다.) 인덕션, 전자렌지, 커피포트, 냉장고와 냄비, 후라이팬, 식기등 조리도구가 있어서 식사도 만들어 먹을수 있어요. (설 연휴라 식당들이 문 닫는다고 해서 빅씨에서 미리 장봐다 놓고 만들어 먹었습니다) 높은 층수라 전망이 좋습니다. 가장 좋은 것은 호스트! 질문에 답도 빠르고 손님을 도와주려고 노력합니다. (고객을 호구로 보는 호스트가 많은데 호스트가 젊어서 그런지 정직하고 관광지 사람같지 않았어요) 겨울에 2~3주 장기여행을 다니기때문에 많은 에어비앤비를 이용하는데.. gia hung은 내가 만난 호스트 중 최고! 다음에 다낭에 오면 gia hung의 숙소를 예약할 것입니다

well located and superbly maintained house. The host was extremely helpful in organizing tours as well. Superb view from balcony and and very near to the beach and one of the most premium buildings. Kitchen stuff is pretty limited and may be can look at organizing drinking water .

A great host. The apartment is located in a tall block at the back of the Muong Thanh Luxury hotel on My Khe beach. The view from the 40th floor apartment is stunning. It overlooks the city towards the Dragon Bridge and out to the end of the Son Tra peninsular. Mr Canh was a very responsive and helpful host. A couple of items we required were provided very promptly and the few minor problems we had were resolved very quickly by his pleasant staff. Cleaning and bed linen change was provided once a week and beds were comfortable. We stayed for 6 weeks, so we used the very adequate cooking facilities quite often. The main shower was great and plentiful hot water. The surrounding area has plenty of local shops, bars an restaurants and is just a few steps away from the beach.

This apartment was so nice and we really enjoyed spending a month there. It was just as pictured in the listing. The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants and a night market just down the street. Dung was very quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

강아지와 함께 3일을 머물고 다시 예약을 했어요. 세탁기가 있어서 편했고 호스트의 신속한 답변에 불편함없이 지내다왔어요. 배달도 아주 편하게 시킬수있었고 K마트에서 필요한 생수랑 먹거리를 구입할수있었답니다.좋은집 좋은호스트^^
