The place exceeded our expectations. The photos didn’t do it justice. The home was clean and spacious. The swimming pool with the pink flamenco was a hit with the kids as it was for us adults. The cleaning staff were very friendly and worked efficiently. It was nice to find a place that could accommodate all of us both inside the home and outside by the pool. All in all it is the best place we’ve ever stayed in Vietnam.

방크기에 비해 저렴한 가격과 가장 중요한 것은 위치가 너무 좋다는것입니다 다낭 떠나는 마지막일정을 여기서 했는데 하고싶고 가고 싶은곳들이 주변에 다 있어서 편하고 시간도 아낄수있어서 좋았습니다

Ich habe mich hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Man konnte vom Fenster des Schlafzimmers und auch vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen, was einfach toll war. Unsere Gastgeberin Annie hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat uns immer sehr gut weiterhelfen können. Ich würde hier definitiv auch meinem nächsten Aufenthalt im Da Nang verbringen wollen, da es auch eine super Gegend ist wo zu Fuß viele tolle Restaurants erreichbar sind und der Strand keine 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist.

The accommodation is comfortable and beautiful. I especially liked the bar counter—I unexpectedly discovered that I enjoy working while standing (don’t get me wrong, there are chairs in the room! 😂). There were a few minor issues in the room, but we didn’t report them since our stay was short. I’m sure they would have been fixed if we had. Nothing critical, just some small maintenance needs. The host is an incredibly kind, honest, and responsive person. Thank you so much for being who you are—it’s truly rare to meet someone like you!

Great new & modern apartment located not far from the main My An area & short walk to the beach. There are several restaurants, cafes, spas, convenient stores & shops located near the apartment & many more down in the main An Thurong streets closer to the beach. This apartment is on the 4th floor (which is also the top floor) which is nice since the balcony is much bigger & there is no one above you. The apartment is perfect for a single person or couple. It looks like the apartment building was recently built, as the appliances still have the stickers on them & everything looks new. The apartment has a washing machine, which is a huge plus. Lily & Nathan where very attentive & helpful, the even bought a topper for the bed since I had made a suggestion to make the bed softer. There was some construction noise during the day but that's hard to avoid as Da Nang is growing & construction is everywhere. However, with the windows and door closed, you could barely here it.

This has become my home away from home. Everyone here is professional, helpful and friendly. Super comfortable room and lovely bed. ❤️

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Leuke accomodaties op een perfecte locatie. Vanne heeft ons onwijs goed geholpen. Ze reageerde heel snel, heeft een boel voor ons geregeld. We hebben een leuke tijd gehad.

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.
