This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

The perfect location, walkable to town and to Dover Castle. Most places were closed due to Easter and the following day which was also a holiday so that was challenging. There were 6 of us staying, more ideal for 4 people. The noise from the road below didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend using a “noise machine” if staying in the primary bedroom, but the bed was really comfortable and we got great sleep. Ideal place to walk to all the restaurants once they did open. Rain was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Beautiful flat, spotlessly clean, helpful friendly hosts and brilliant location. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our few days away. The enclosed patio garden was just perfect for our little dog, and with the beach just steps away we couldn't have found a better place to stay. Thank you John.

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

Great location - try the Rifle Volunteers (pub up the road) fantastic for real ale - great atmosphere too. The bathroom was well decorated - great bath, great shower - lots of hot water. Very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and very comfortable lounge with a big television and all the channels ! Lovely private outside space too - it was nice to sit in the sunshine with a cup of coffee. 10 minute walk to Maidstone Centre - lots of shops, two major shopping centres (that we found) and a retail park across the river ! Oh and the parking permit was extremely useful - thank you

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Great place to stay. Exceeded our expectations as we don’t think the pictures accurately portray it. It is large, light, airy, comfortable and immaculate. Wonderfully equipped kitchen which meant we could load every piece of crockery and cutlery straight into the dishwasher after use and still have more to use. Comfy beds and great linen too. One tiny hiccup with the WiFi because a fuse had tripped but Katy responded immediately and it was sorted within an hour. In truth we had little time to enjoy the cottage as we would have liked to as we were down for a family wedding which is a real shame. Would definitely recommend.

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Group of us stayed for two nights, what can I say I absolutely loved the place, clean well presented and obviously well looked after, so much so I could live there. Easy access to the beach and local facilities, good view of beach and sea. 5 out of 5

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Alison’s place was perfect for a weekend away. Very quiet and relaxing with a lovely garden to enjoy. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit each evening and Alison recommended a couple of local restaurants, which were both excellent. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Came for the Easter weekend and absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment on the St Leonard’s seafront! Apart from the fact it’s beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, it has absolutely everything you’d need for a seaside stay, and much more. The attention to detail - from the welcome letter, local information, and bits & bobs for our dog - is like nothing we’ve experienced in an Air BnB before. To top it off, as it was Easter the hosts laid on a little Easter chocolate hunt for us, which despite being 40 and 44, we very much enjoyed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’ll definitely be back if visiting the area in future!

Had a lovely few days of exploration and relaxation at The Garden Room, Diana was so warm and welcoming. The view is even better in person and the place itself has a super cosy vibe while still being private. Diana’s hand drawn maps for different walking trails were so helpful too! Have already recommended to friends and definitely hope to be back.
