Amazing place! Very nice house with a cute design. We had two babies with us so the extra toys were a lot of fun.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Staying at this Airbnb was a true delight! Linda is an exceptionally gracious host, and the space itself was immaculate. I especially appreciated the thoughtful note detailing the home and nearby attractions. The beautiful antiquities added such character, and the tranquil garden and sunroof provided a wonderfully peaceful escape. Its convenient proximity to the CalPoly campus made for easy walks, and the reliable internet allowed me to work seamlessly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great location, close to Cal Poly. Looks like the photos, good amount of space and nice outdoor areas. Laundry was a bonus. Very clear instructions and hosts are responsive, when needed. Would highly recommend!

It’s a lovely place to stay and gave us the opportunity to both head north and visit Cambria and Morro Bay, as well as to head out to Lopez Lake and Oso Flaco to enjoy birding and nature. There are a number of really wonderful places to eat all along the central coast. We highly recommend Giuseppe‘s in Pismo Beach and Bob’s Well Bread in Los Alamos.

Great place would stay again

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Nice bedding, thick towels, very comfortable bed. Really stocked with anything you could need. Close to the beach and activities. John was very responsive to communication. Great experience all around.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We came together to celebrate a special birthday, and the house provided the perfect backdrop for making lasting memories. the game room, large backyard with a lot of activities kept our kids engaged. kitchen was very well equipped to cook meals. What truly set this property apart was how incredibly family-friendly it was. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but this house had everything we needed: a safe and enclosed play area that our little one adored, a high chair for mealtimes, a crib and a diaper station. A shout-out to the host, Autumn. She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond by allowing us an early check-in, which was a huge help with our large group and the baby. Her responsiveness and kindness truly enhanced our experience.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this cozy, peaceful space over Easter Weekend. The home was very clean and had a lot of amenities for us to make our stay great. The five of us fit comfortably and the kitchen was nice to cook Easter dinner in. This place is also a short walk to the beach. Host was very gracious and very responsive.

Sarah is such a lovely and welcoming person, attending to all of our requests. Her place is exactly as listed and was the perfect spot for our group of 5 for a weekend trip. Very spacious rooms, large backyard, and is located close to everything. We got to enjoy BBQing in the backyard with a picturesque view for one of our nights which added to the memories and experiences. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a place to stay. Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Great location if you want to be downtown with restaurants & coffee shops nearby

Our stay here was excellent. We always look for a kitchen and BBQ, as we love to cook and relax after a day of wine-tasting/exploring and this property fit the bill perfectly. They thought of pretty much everything, and we wanted for nothing. No extra trips to the store as they had everything we needed. The property is lovely, private and comfortable. If you like a firm mattress, the master bed is perfect. I highly recommend this excellent location and would absolutely stay here again.

Sherry and Mike are wonderful hosts! They even offered to let our dog out in their backyard.

Perfect location for getting around local beaches!

Beautiful and serene setting. We have never been so close to sea otters. Really enjoyed the views from bedroom and living room. Privacy windows were awesome and gave me a sense of privacy without having to close the curtains. Kitchen was well stocked but with all the great restaurants in the area, we only made breakfast once. Beach-N-Bay is a top notch operation with thorough and proactive communication. I will not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vince & Emily's place was perfect for our family of four (two little ones). This was our first time visiting Avila Beach and the location was perfect, walkable but also private and peaceful for nap times. :) The place was stocked with everything we would need including a baby gate for the stairs, laundry pods, etc. Thank you!

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!

This by far is one of the best properties I've stayed at! It's at a great location!Plus, Rachel gave such a warm welcome! She's a fantastic! It's been the perfect getaway!.
