Take it easy at this unique cabin experience in the city. The Tiny House is a private 9’ x 12’, fully insulated, 4 season cabin with a couch, kitchenette with running water, queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Private Oasis on our 3rd floor

Our third floor apartment is quiet and private. Front door has a code lock, it is important that you hold the DOOR HANDLE towards you as you do the CODE. Your space has a code lock. This space does not have a private entrance, you enter the front door up the stairs, the white door on your left is yours. The space is quite airy and relaxing, kick your shoes off and relax. Cozy waterfront cottage. Nestled in the woods on a private lane. Enjoy this cottage vacation while being only minutes from the city of Kitchener. Take in the fresh air, cast a rod in the lake, float around in a canoe, enjoy a fire under the stars, or just hang out on the deck. In winter, explore the frozen lake with skates or snowshoes. Propane fireplace is available for emergency heat only in winter. In the event of a power outage this would be the only heat available. We allow one pet.

The guest suite located on the lower level of our home has a comfortable living space to welcome you and provide an enjoyable and relaxing "Home-Away-from-Home" stay. We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance on the main level of our house. Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.

Only a 5-min walk to see the charming downtown that offers beautiful architecture and stunning churches. Cafe's, pubs, fine dining, antique shoppes and the Dunfield Theatre, all within walking distance. Great location!
