Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Quiet city centre retreat in Cambridge

Enjoy a home from home in this peaceful and centrally-located self-catering apartment in Cambridge. Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

Modern En-suite room(s) close to Train Station

A bright en-suite loft room in a modern Victorian terrace 12 mins walk from the train station and 20 / 30 minutes walk from the city. TV and wireless internet in the room. The host lives here too. Parking is free on street and neighbouring streets. As a Victorian house, it has steep and creaky stairs to the first floor. I work full time so check in needs to be flexible around my work. I am often home for the day but sometimes I am office based and not home till 5pm ish.

Stunning city ‘cabin’, double with en suite

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Welcome to our cozy studio in Cambridge, where modern comfort meets charming city vibes. Perfectly situated just 15 min from the bustling city centre, this stylish space offers you a serene retreat while keeping you close to all the action. Enjoy your evenings unwinding with Netflix using our Smart TV or enjoy a morning coffee as you savour the tranquil surroundings. Your stay includes a complimentary bicycle which is a iconic way to explore the city!

Self-contained Studio. Everything provided.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Bedroom with private entrance and private wetroom

Compact and modern ground floor room with private wetroom and entrance. We welcome guests of all nationalities and age, the languages we speak are: English, Hungarian and Italian. Happy to share our well-equipped kitchen with our guests. The house is close to shops, 5-minutes walk to ARM, 10 minutes from Addenbrooke's Hospital and 20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Free car parking is available on the road, in front of the house.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

Private Room w/own bathroom + desk + tv + laundry

Welcome to my cozy, 2 bed/2 bath flat near central Cambridge and local amenities. Your private room offers a comfy queen sized bed, closet space, TV, standing desk, loads of natural light, Nespresso coffee machine, filtered drinking water (located in the kitchen) and fast WiFi. Enjoy the shared living area, fully equipped kitchen and your own dedicated bathroom! Always happy to help with any questions you may have.
