Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Lovely room in Market Gadeners Cottage approx a mile from supermarkets and restaurants in Sandy town centre. Ideally located for RSPB nature reserve, Shuttleworth College and Air Museum, Good Rail Links to London and the North. Located approx mile down country lane nice for walking or cycling in the area. Breakfast is fruit, cereal, yoghurt, there is use of a microwave and small fridge at property. We are close to main line railway line, although room is to rear of property.

It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store.
