Lovely place to stay. The accommodation was spotless and it was nice to have the milk and water which was left waiting for us in the fridge. Also helpful were the kitchen essentials which included tea and coffee, and washing up liquid. There were also bathroom shower gels and shampoo :) You need a car to get to the shops but the location is not too remote as we were able to order a takeaway with uber eats. Nice base to visit Cambridge, Ely and St Ives. Definitely recommend.

Cathy was a wonderful host and communicated well. The countryside was beautiful, we throughly enjoyed the use of the hot tubs and outdoor areas. I would recommend this place for large groups.

We had a lovely long weekend at Anna’s Coach House celebrating my mum’s 60th with my family. There was something for everyone including our 3 toddlers. Grounds were beautiful & the house smelt lovely & clean. Anna was very responsive & helpful during the lead up to the stay as well as during our stay. The only slight negative myself and my guests had was that upon booking we had expectations that some things would be included in the price as it was shown in the photographs (hot tub, extra fire wood,electric charger for example) but these were all at an additional costs that we were unknown about when originally booking. There were a few logs but didn’t last more than half an evening. Apart from this everything was lovely & we would recommend Anna’s Coach House.

We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. This is the second time we have visited The Potting Shed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ann-Marie was great with communications, the accommodation was excellent. The location is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of a local pub. There are numerous villages in the surrounding area and Cambridge is easily accessible. As we have family in Orwell, The Potting Shed is a great place to stay when visiting. We will certainly stay again in the future.

Wow, what an Airbnb! We could not fault our stay in David's beautiful property. Quiet and secluded, steeped in nature but with excellent amenities and a wonderful space to spend a weekend. The beds were incredibly comfy, the property has lots of helpful bits to make you feel right at home, and it's clear a lot of love and attention has been put in to making the place as inviting as possible. We will definitely be back!

I am a returning guest for the best part of a year and a half. Every stay is as good as the last. Sharon is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We have just spent a long weekend at Ashmi's lovely house with our children, their partners and our grandchildren. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the welcome pack was well received. We loved the hot tub which we used several times during our stay. We spent a day at Duxford Airfield which is literally 10 mins down the road. If I had to say anything that could be improved it would be that maybe a few more pillows could be provided as some of the group struggled with just one pillow each, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to spend time with either family or friends.

This house and location was perfect. It was an added surprise to arrive to fresh farm eggs and bread as well as a decorated Christmas tree. The hosts were extremely accommodating and just lovely people. We would highly recommend any of their properties if you’re looking in the area.

stayed here for 2 nights and cannot recommend this place enough. from the hustle of day to day life to peaceful surroundings and friendly farm animals. Kids loved it. we loved it. John welcomed us into his new bar the first evening we arrived. Met his family and really enjoyed their company (and beer)..... thanks for allowing our daughter to feed your animals. hope to stay there again!!

The Silos were amazing! The perfect peaceful getaway and so beautifully decorated. Georgiana and Simon are really great and responsive hosts, their guidebook recommendations were very helpful too. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely Easter break the property has everything you could want in a lovely farm setting. So peaceful with lovely walk right on the grounds Lots of things to see and do only a small drive away.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen there.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Beautiful house in the Cambridgeshire countryside. The dining and living rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for large parties. The bedrooms are quiet and extremely clean. Most of all, we enjoyed the outdoor space. The house boasts a large lawn, perfect for games. We also made use of the BBQ and outdoor seating. Anthony was a great host - responsive and accommodating. Would 100% recommend this listing to those looking for a countryside retreat!

Lauren and Julie are very friendly hosts. They responded quickly and made sure that you have everything you need in the cottage. Our son was also very happy with the cereals and biscuits, thank you for that. The cottage is attached to the main house, but is still very private. The bus stop to take the bus to Cambridge is nearby and a trip to London is also easily made via the train station. It is nice to be able to relax in such a quiet place afterwards. Thank you, we had wonderful days!

Beautiful location. As described. Quiet and peaceful, clean and well maintained. A lovely relaxing long weekend, really nice pubs in the vicinity but you need a car to access. Quick response from Leaine when needed. Would definitely return. We had a great time.

Beautiful house in a great location. Within walking distance of Whittlesey town centre and a short drive to Peterborough. House is fully equipped clean warm and cosy. The walled garden was especially good as we had taken our dogs so knew they were safe. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a lovely one night stay in Mark’s beautiful annex. The space was tidy and very well presented. Mark was a fantastic host - friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Although our visit was short, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well kept spot.

Second time visiting and was an amazing stay, relaxing and comfortable place and will definitely be back again :)
