Caroline was a very friendly and accommodating host. The place is in a relatively centralized area of the island, which is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful time at St. Simons. Stacy could not have made our stay any easier. Our home was cozy, comfortable. clean and in the perfect location. We are already planning our next visit!

The residence was extremely close to the beach, with the access point just across the street. And it was well within walking distance to the Pier Village and other points of interest on the island. The beach area was not too crowded. The residence was perfect for our group who was in town for a wedding. The only complaint I heard was the bathrooms were a little small. But the bedrooms and the amenities made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Place was close to everything, was provided with all the basic necessities plus some! Easy booking, communicative and accommodative! Thank you for an easy stay!

Zoe’s home was cozy and charming just as depicted in the photos. It is right in the middle of the best of wonderful Jekyll Island while being peaceful and secluded as well. Her home is immaculate and very well appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Communication with Zoe was quick and easy.

My second time staying at Alfredo's place it's clean and comfortable and not far off of 95 so very convenient a big spacious bathroom the communication and ease of check in make it perfect for those who like contact free opportunities highly recommend thank you Alfredo once again

We checked in at night, so it was a bit difficult to locate with very little lighting. Once inside though, everything was great! The apartment was nicely decorated and I loved the selection of books. The bed and couch were comfy. The bathroom was nice. The windows and privacy blinds were a great touch and did a good job of blocking the morning light until we were ready. We used the fridge and microwave, and both worked well. I had a few questions about the appliances that were answered quickly. The apartment was truly within walking distance from restaurants and the beach which was really nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again, even for a longer duration. Thanks for being an outstanding host Wesley!

A little disappointing that there wasn’t much in the area of St Mary’s, but Camilla’s place is fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, her place is perfect.

This house was amazing- we had a great time! The house is spotless, modern and light, with all the high-end amenities you could wish for. Even a barista level coffee machine :) The kitchen is equipped very well and we took advantage and cooked several meals while we were there. We also loved having a nice outdoor seating area, and the dogs loved being able to be let out in the garden. The place is just a few walking minutes from the beach access, which was amazing. This place is a treat and we will definitely be back!

Easy trip over to Jekyll island which was our next destination

We loved our time in Kingsland! Very comfortable home. Our kids loved the bunk room! We spent hours exploring outside and fishing! You feel so removed yet you are just minutes from restaurants. Highly recommend!

Stayed at this great little house for a week of training at a nearby installation. I arrived very late due to traffic. Upon arrival, starving, i was greeted by a gallon of milk, eggs, turkey, cheese, coffee and creamer and. Bread. Great start to the week. There is lots of room in this house. During the week apparently u had not shot door fully and it blew open while u was working. James notified me that a neighbor called him and secured the door. Great feeling knowing neighbors tale care if each other. Home is well stocked, surg a great Grilling area out back which me abs my team utilized nightly. We really enjoyed our stay. CLEAN COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING. James seems to ensure you feel ar home while staying. We do work in that area often, and we will definitely stay again. Very fortunate to have found this gem.

Adam and Victoria’s place was clean and comfortable for our stay. There were plenty of towels and paper products which seem to be a luxury to have provided these days in STRs. The central location made it easy to get from place to place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to the area!

We loved our stay. We were there to explore the coast. Perfect jumping off point and ideal house. Huge lovely shaded deck and yard where we stored our bikes safely behind a gate and had coffee each morning. We didn’t cook but we found everything we needed was there. Lovely charming historic home. We had fun every morning bicycling around - the port, the squares, the restaurants. We got in late so the only restaurant we found open was Reid’s. It stayed the favorite for the whole trip. The Yellow Deli looked adorable but sadly we missed them due to holiday.

This is a terrific home and host. easy check in. House was as advertised, clean and convenient to so much. House layout is great with living area separate from sleeping areas. Beds all very comfortable, 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths as well. this is a great home. I highly recommend this home and host.

We visited Robyn’s place for a girls trip. The house was beautiful and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the ferry to Cumberland Island. The backyard is very private and landscaped nicely. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit again! Close to restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. Very nice place to stay.

The location was perfect! Unit exactly as described. Loved that the unit was a few steps away from the playground! The pools are nice. I appreciated the laundry detergent and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner!! The AC will not go below 70°, but that wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again!

Responsive host and clean unit. Perfect location for a quiet stay to visit family in surrounding area. Convenient for all your needs.

Leslie was so easy to work with and always responded quickly! She's a great host and touches base to make sure everything is going well. The condo is in a lovely complex with two swimming pools and paddleball courts. It was super busy the weekend we were there, but it was quiet and everyone was friendly. The condo was so comfortable that it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking several meals there and then eating out on the patio. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated. The beach was lovely and you could walk to it, but we drove. All the beaches are public with public parking right by the beach. The downtown/pier was fun to explore, too. Lots of shops. Some good restaurants, too. Be sure to check out Fort Frederika and the lighthouse on the island. It was a great place to relax and enjoy Island Life. We definitely would stay here again when we're in the area.

We wanted a restful and relaxing spring break trip! This place was great and provided rest and relaxation!! The 3 Cardinals are easy to communicate with and felt safe and comfortable where we were! When we return to St. Simons we would want to stay here! Highly recommend!

Love the layout of this condo! The bedrooms were tucked away from the main living area. It allows for more privacy. Very spacious for a two bedroom. Every thing was clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The front balcony was very private with beautiful views. The condo is a great location. You can walk or bike to most places.

Lori & John’s place was a nice stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Cute layout and had everything we needed. Right next to the heated pool. They had a guest book with everything you could think of including places to eat. Brogans was one of our favorite. Close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay you will too.

Theresa was a great host and her place is very nice and clean with a great view of the pool. Everything you need is within 4-6 mins away, the village/lighthouse/beach. The island is beautiful! We highly recommend staying at Theresa’s place, will not disappoint.
