Great stay, was wonderful host. They were responsive and their home was actually better than advertised. We enjoyed our time and would definitely return.

Seckou’s place was exactly as described. Parking is a bit difficult, and I definitely wished an actual parking spot would’ve been an option. Seckou was super responsive anytime I needed help.

Peaceful place with reasonable price

Good relation price/quality and wonderful location to access any where. The 2.5 bathrooms and the big size washing machine and tumble dryer are big pluses! All the best!!

I loved the space, very clean and quiet area, I enjoyed running in the mornings as it has great views and areas for exercise and it’s vey close to historic center. It has very clear instructions for check in and out, and it’s flexible with hours for additional payment. I definitely recommend it for your visit to Philly!!!

I wouldn’t call it “luxury” but it’s a great stay. CONS - choppy / slow wifi, bathroom & towels could have been cleaned better, house smells like someone may have cooked in it before our arrival & parking is horrid if you have a rental, bed is SUPER duper hard/ firm. PROS- overall cleanliness 9.5/10, location is great, host had wonderful communication, check in & finding the place is simple, the unit is on the end & it’s super quiet & peaceful. Overall the pros outweighed the cons - just bring your own towels & don’t need parking . I’d definitely stay here again.

My kids and I stayed here for a few day for a dr appt we had in Philly, it was clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. The instructions were very clear. Only thing I did not like was the parking situation, it was very hard to find parking.

We absolutely enjoyed this gorgeous and spacious 2 bedroom luxury apartment located in Philadelphia’s Penn landing area with amazing proximity to the water front . The apartment is very well designed with lots of natural light and easy to use amenities. The living apartment furniture and interior decor has an extremely elegant design touch which made our stay memorable. Seckou our host was extremely communicative to guide us check in and check out. Overall I recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy a Philadelphia downtown experience in a modern contemporary apartment with lots of room to host comfortably. I will certainly come back to visit again!

The stay was wonderful, pictures matched the air bnb photos, great area lots of food an activities as well! I love that he keep detergent so you can do laundry throughout your stay as well!

The location is fantastic—spotless and conveniently situated. You can easily stroll to several nearby attractions, or if you prefer, hop in a car for quick access to more distant sites. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility!

Very large space, was great once got inside. Was hard to find the parking area. Directions were clear but the intersection was very hard to figure out. Again not hosts fault. Also very noisy at night Friday and Saturday. Overall, great place and would recommend!

The place was exactly what I was looking for- an affordable room in a great location, walkable to some of my favorite breweries and bars. Check in was super easy, hosts were very communicative, the room was clean and orderly as expected, and well worth the price for the night!

Eli’s place was great! Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location. Eli was communicative and helpful. Since it is a very central location some noise from the street is to be expected, so be prepared for that. Overall all went smoothly, highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. Upon arrival i did have a bit of trouble getting in but Chris was an amazing host and walked me thru and everything from there was fine with it. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop had spectacular views. This place was also immaculately clean. what's not to love? I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place to stay only negative is if u have a good amount staying 2 bathrooms is challenging to navigate!!! and stair to the 3rd floor is challenging too!!! Other than that I would definitely stay there again!!!
