We loved our stay! Never had an issue with finding parking and we had two cars for most of the stay. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, which made the first night hard for our kids to fall asleep (it was a Saturday night and was probably mostly jet lag), but it never bothered us the rest of the time!

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

This is, by far, the most amazing bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is in a great location. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, toiletries, extra blankets, etc. The house smelled AMAZING upon entry. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Plenty of kitchen utensils and complimentary drinks. The outside patio was super cute and we sat outside and watched the birds and relaxed. Beds were comfortable and having a ceiling fan in each room was a PLUS. No complaints. Will be booking again soon!

Was a beautiful places to stay at for two weeks, had cottage vibe. Stairs were small but it was worthy it because it had such a homey vibe. And felt nice to come back to.

Sean’s place was perfect for our short stay in Philadelphia. The house is exactly as described, has everything you might need. It is located in a peaceful street but still within 30 min of walkable distance to all of the attractions. Plenty of nice restaurants and cute shops. Street parking isn’t very easy but it’s also not bad. You can always find street parking nearby if you search and there are parking lots within 10 min walk. Sean was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and was very easy to communicate with. We also found 2 bottles of water in each room and some snacks in the kitchen which I thought was very thoughtful. I totally recommend Sean’s place!

Valerie is a wonderful, experienced host and when we arrived, she greeted us personally and showed us around the studio. I will definitely book with Valerie the next time we visit Philly.

Good location- within walking distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay. plenty of room, very well stocked.

Rafa and his team were accommodating of a last-minute request to stay, which was much appreciated. The house is spacious and comfortable, conveniently located, and very fairly priced.

We enjoyed a delightful weekend away in Philly with friends. Taryn's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind after a day of exploring the city. We loved having local coffee shops for morning caffeine, walkability around Fishtown to access restaurants and parks, and the nearby train for traveling further into the city. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to find free street parking relatively easily. We would certainly stay at Taryn's again!

Vicky is a very lovely host! I spent 5 weeks there and she had made my stay very pleasant. She knows when to give you space but if you need some company she’s there to talk and to listen. I very much appreciate her company when we shared the kitchen area making our own dinners. Her place is clean and very cozy. She has extra freezer space if you need it. Her dog, Bentley, is very friendly as well. Anyway, overall, I would visit again when given the opportunity to.

I stayed here with a few friends when I was in town and it was the absolute perfect place to visit! The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Traveling and planning can be super stressful, but they made it easy with clear instructions and quick answers to any questions we might have. The place was absolutely gorgeous! Super clean and great amenities. It is also super close to a lot of restaurants and bars, which was helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay!

Fantastic stay a Catherine’s. House is spacious and comfortable and was spotless upon arrival. Great location. Easily walkable to Main St. with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy walk to the train to downtown Philly. Parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car, but we always managed to find a spot within walking distance. Our family had a great time here. Would definitely book it again!

We had a great time in Philadelphia and really enjoyed this rental. It is comfortable, tidy, and bright; super close to the Schuylkill River biking trail; and right along several bus/trolley lines. We initially parked in the temporary parking along the parkway and then easily found a spot right in front of the house in the morning. Thanks to the convenient public transit, we didn’t need to move the car after that. It’s an easy ride to Old City, the Zoo, Reading Terminal Market, etc. short walk to the art museum and the parkway. Maria was also very friendly and communicative! I highly recommend this rental!

Scott is my new gold standard for AirBnB hosts. He was proactive, thoughtful, and really went the extra mile to make our relatively short stay in Philly very comfortable. His place is great for a small group of friends, and has a real luxury touch. It felt warm and cozy during our December stay, and I would bet it makes a great spot during the summer with outdoor space and roof access. Next time I come back to Philly, I'm reaching out to Scott first.

Our stay at Jasmine’s was great!! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured if not better. It’s spacious, stocked with everything you need, and close to everything. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for our group. Street parking wasn’t a problem. We mostly used Uber so we wouldn’t have to move the car. Jasmine is very responsive and even got a toaster delivered to the house during our stay just to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Sebastian’s place was just what we needed, really close to lots of restaurants! The place was as described and worked well for our group of 4!

I was glad to find a space close to my family and familiar to me. Deysi's place was outstanding, comfortable, and clean. My family and I felt at home and enjoyed the space's amenities. Deysi was very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The location is convenient to many local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The street is small, two-way, and at times, parking can be a hassle, however, this is not a deal breaker. I will book this space again when traveling home.

Place was very nice clean. It had everything we needed. She didn’t leave anything out. The place was very comfortable. Me and my family really enjoyed it. She was a great host. Absolutely the best. Would love to stay there again.
