So accommodating with our check-in and they were so welcoming even though we were late! The location is an easy walk to everything you could possibly want. The end of the street where it's located is a little deserted late at night, but it was so easy to navigate and we never felt unsafe. Very clean and LOVED the rooftop balcony. Would definitely book again :)

loved being up on the hillside. they are a very warm and welcoming couple. they have fixed up the place over the last few years and it is amazing we stayed in the lower room and it was great, they have a 2nd up above they showed me and it absolutely gorgeous. the only issue I had was that the directions that are given from the Airbnb link take you one town over up a farming hill that needs 4 wheel drive but once I figured out the correct address with Monica's help it was very easy. "Via Coste 8 San vittorino Province of isernia" is the address that got me there

Un'esperienza unica....ospitalita' e serieta' davvero eccezionali. Pulizia ineccepibile ed attenzione anche ai minimi particolari, che in tempo di covid, si sa, sono fondamentali. L'alloggio si trova in un punto strategico dove poter raggiungere luoghi di interesse storico, naturalistico e paesaggistico, (Rocchetta Alta, il lago di Castel San Vincenzo e l'abbazia di San Vincenzo a Volturno, solo per citarne alcuni) ed a pochi km dalle vie principali. Tra l'altro vi e' una vista spettacolare sulle Mainarde! Per chi sa apprezzare queste cose, questo e' il posto giusto. Vivamente consigliato!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like part of the family—this is exactly what Airbnb should be. The place is run by the lovely Alfonsina, who made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade dolce and crostate di frutta made from fruit from their garden. The room was spacious, with excellent air con and a firm, comfortable mattress that ensured we slept wonderfully. The pool was the cherry on top— our two little daughters absolutely loved it. and they loved the homemade lemonade! Thank you, Alfonsina, for being such a wonderful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Vi njöt av dagarna i Ripabottoni. Avkopplande dagar vid poolen, promenader runt om och i byn, utflykter t närliggande byar. Morrone med den otroligt vackra utsikten, kyrkan, de fina smala gränderna, likt Ripabottoni. Få matställen men fler behövs inte om man vill äta gott italienskt! Och mer än två små handlaöverdisk butiker behövs inte heller! Där finns färsk frukt o grönsaker, nybakt bröd, ost, chark o vin! Hemmaresturangen runt hörnet lagade mat åt oss i köket och ett besök på olivgården med olivoljeprovning är att rekommendera. Vi åkte hem med en känsla av att vi kommer tillbaka!

Excelente alojamiento en Termoli a pocos metros de la estación de tren. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Francesco fue un gran anfitrión, muy atento. Recomendable!

Fantastic stay. Leonardo was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice area, good accommodation, but could've paid more attention to guests. There was no soap or shower gel to wash our hands and there was only one chair in the room, which seems odd, since they also have a terrace.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Villa Elizabetta. The rooms (and the bathrooms) are beautiful, neat and extra spacious. The whole house - and the hosts - exude calmness, peace and love. The shared kitchen is well equipped and the pool is an absolute stunner. We will come back, for sure!
