The apartment can be accessed via a lift as well as stairs and is tastefully decorated and furnished providing great comfort and luxury. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the upper level and leads onto a large living space that opens out onto a balcony suitable for outdoor dining. Leading off the living room is the opulent master bedroom which has unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms situated on the middle level: all with unique views and 2 out of the 3 are ensuite. All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The whole lower level is dedicated to entertaining: a large lounge/pool room with kitchenette and bathroom flows out onto a fantastic deck with swimming pool, deck chairs, table, sun-loungers, umbrella, garden and gas barbeque. *** please note that due to the drought in Cape Town the swimming pool may not be usable depending on water level. We cannot run the motors for filtering The entire multilevel apartment is very secure as it is equipped with an alarm system and 24 hour private security company which monitors the property regularly. There is also double secure off-street parking and a full time dedicated cleaner (on weekdays, weekends on request) to assist with all your needs. Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - please feel free to ask your host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area, 2 minutes away. This incredibly central location in Green Point on the Atlantic Seaboard is close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Cape Quarter Centre, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park, and much more. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCiti Bus service 8 minutes from the apartment (St. Bedes Road Bus Stop). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should you wish to rent a vehicle, there is a double garage and also on-street parking around the building in Springbok Road. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours with regards to noise levels Usage of the lift is not permitted between 22h00 and 06h00

Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus.
