This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Straight out of a dream or movie, Alessandra’s place is magical. The stunning property sits at the top of a hill and this residence with 3 floors has amazing views from every window. The terrace is the perfect place for meals. We liked that we hardly saw tourists in town but big enough for a couple of great restaurants and close to so many surrounding towns for day trips. We had an amazing cooking class on the property that Alessandra arranged in another picturesque large space with more views. I’ve been all over Italy and this was one of the best. We hope to be back!

Alloggio comodo per visitare il centro storico,a tre minuti a piedi arrivi in centro. Si trova in una posizione bella attorno al verde della città.Duccio proprietario molto simpatico e accogliente.Consiglio soggiorno presso la sua struttura

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Appena entrati la sensazione è stata quella di sentirsi a casa. Spaziosa, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Inoltre Francesca è stata molto gentile lasciandoci una fantastica e abbondante colazione. Consigliata anche per la posizione.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sectret Garden. Thank you Davide for the goodies in the fridge and the food in the very well stocked cupboards. We managed to have time to read a book in the llovely garden depite having showers. Easy to reach the town centre, we took the escalator for a couple of days and decided to walk from the Plazza De Campo. one evening , walked every day very easy walk back to the house and train station. We would definitely stay again. Carol and Richard.

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Soggiorno fantastico presso le Antiche Dimore. L'host Jacopo molto gentile e disponibile per fornire indicazioni e consigli utili per itinerari turistici e gastronomici.

È stato un soggiorno breve, di 2 notti, però la casa è pulita e confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire, dalle attrezzature della cucina alla lavatrice per un veloce lavaggio. Facile e veloce arrivare nel centro della città, ottima posizione. Quindi grazie

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Fabbricato stupendo inglobato in una location da sogno immerso nella natura. Paolo è una bellissima persona, sempre presente, cortese e molto disponibile.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location. Cora and Carlotta were very helpful and informative and very patient with us with our lack of Italian! Highly recommend and would love to return. Richard and Suzie

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

Struttura splendida, tutto pulito ed ordinato. Abbiamo avvisato che sarebbe venuto con noi anche il nostro cagnolino e abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento una cuccia e una ciotola. Daniela la loro collaboratrice in zona è stata gentilissima e collaborativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posto molto bello immerso nel verde tra i vigneti, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Essendo nel verde, la strada è sterrata ma non è stato un problema per noi. Sicuramente un posto che consiglieremmo!

La casa è bellissima, nuova e pulitissima corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, le foto sono veritiere e precise. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort ( incluso un posto auto nel Box molto comodo) ed è situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al centro cittadino pedonale che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi, inclusa Piazza del Campo. Alessandro si è rivelato molto gentile e disponibile e anche molto flessibile per ogni necessità. A breve distanza ci sono sia supermercati che ottimi ristoranti per ogni esigenza. Il posto è perfetto per visitare Siena e tutti i meravigliosi dintorni.

Absolutely perfect place and incredible hosts. Everything exactly as described, would it recommend it for longer and shorter stays to get the best out of Perugia!
