Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Whenland is the name of this extraordinary 3 acre wooded property nestled in the hills of Naples, NY. Feel like roughing it, but don’t want to get too rough? Nestled back away from the road you'll find a fire pit, a small wooden handmade log bridge, repurposed material sculptures, and a wood stove heated tiny house from a repurposed trailer. This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

This cozy bungalow features 180-degree views of the entire valley! The renovated cabin is situated on 34-acres, featuring hiking trails, magnificent views, and an abundance of wildlife and nature. The property is off of a private drive, making it the perfect place for a couple or small family to escape the hassles of life. The property also features an outdoor picnic area and firepit. Approximately 15-minutes from Naples (Canandaigua Lake) and 20-minutes from Hammondsport (Keuka Lake).

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, air mattress and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.
