We've stayed at this building so many times over the years but this was the first time in this unit and it was the best one ever. Clean, uncarpeted floors which meant we weren't aware of years of accumulated sandy footsteps, like in the carpeted units. This unit has the most gorgeous view and enough amenities to feel at home. It was super clean and the host was very kind and responsive! The wifi is spotty, so just don't plan on needing it! It's truly a wonderful stay and we can't wait to be back.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The view of the ocean was amazing, we had easy access to the beach, and all you could hear was the sound of the surf. The place itself is comfortable and has all the amenities one would have at home. Would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future.

It was a wonderful, comforting, relaxing atmosphere. Loved having the big tub. View was sensational. Would love to Return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Loved it.

This rental was great, the beachfront view was absolutely gorgeous. Having Direct access to the beach was also really nice. The condo looked even better in person than the pictures. Only downside is super loud upstairs neighbors but that's not the hosts fault.

This condo is beautiful! Extremely clean. Very nicely decorated, across the street from ocean front with nice view of the water. Carol has done an outstanding job of outfitting this condo with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The hall closet contains beach chairs, sand toys for kids, kites, games and more. We slept in the second bedroom, as we found the mattress to be more comfortable. Bedrooms have no windows facing outside, so there is no fresh air, but Carol has supplied fans to help move air and cool rooms. There are 2 parking spots in garage and secure elevator to condo. Entry to the beach is just outside the building and the main street with shops, post office, restaurants is just across the street. We stayed a month and there were plenty of cleaning products for our use. We had exceptional weather in August. I would not hesitate to rent this condo!

Amazing views of the ocean! The public access was steps away from this location. We had a overcast weekend but it didn’t affect our stay because of the natural light and amazing views. Bedrooms were clean and the full kitchen was a plus. Everything you needed to cook some meals was there. The reserve parking spot was also nice! Everywhere we drove seemed to be 7min away! We were fortunate to be allowed early access to the location. I’d highly recommend staying here. We looked at other places with comparable prices further from the ocean but nothing beats the ability to walk to the condo in a few minutes because you forgot something at the place! We will book here in the future.

Very spacious for 2 people, nice kitchen and double bathroom. Balcony view perfect for watching the sunsets! The local businesses in Neskowin close a bit early (around 7pm/8pm) so in terms of food or dining out, best to cook or go to Lincoln City. Beach access was so convenient.

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

This was such a cozy and nice condo. It was a pleasure to stay at a place like this and was a a wonderful choice for my partners birthday. We were right in front of the water and everything was so walkable. Overall, I loved this airbnb and would return!

This was one of the better Airbnbs that I have stayed at, it was an extremely reasonable price for all the amenities and cleanliness. There were great restaurants that were less than 10 minutes away. drive, and the beach was less than a 5-minute walk. Melanie is also a very responsive and understanding host, so easy to communicate with. I recommend this place to anyone, it was genuinely so beautiful.

Everything I wanted. Could easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Or downtown. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was great. Close to the fields and fun things to do on our down time.

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

Everything was great, like it is every time we have stayed there. We love Seaside and especially love staying at Tradewinds because of the great views, location, and value.

Lovely getaway. Lincoln City is a great location to visit the Oregon Coast. Lisa offers personal recommendations that make your stay even better. The fun motif and attention to detail make the vacation feel truly special and Lisa’s place is as cozy and relaxing as it gets. Everything is easy and well explained. We will definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

This place was awesome! Being so close to the beach was great, the fire pit was so nice to cozy up to. The place itself was spacious, beds were big and comfortable. There is pots and pans to cook with (limited) and the oven works. But definitely bring your own seasonings. Definitely a good place to spend the weekend.

I have traveled off and on. I love this place,I can't wait to stay there again. it was so beautiful . My friends and I our just blue collar worker. So this was over the top for us. Thank you for sharing with us a experience of living and be able to relax

Beautiful home and breathtaking views. Around a two minute walk to the beach. This was a dream to wake up to. The views, the sound, the fresh crisp ocean breeze. It was all so lovely and the place itself felt just like home. It was one of the main reasons on why I extended my stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful location (we walked to the beach often!) and great family condo! The indoor pool captured my kids and made the winter vacation feel like summertime! It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.
