The spacious, fenced backyard includes a swing set, basketball standard and outdoor games, making it perfect for family fun. Pets are allowed with a $50 fee.

Amenities include: internet, TV, coffee, microwave/air fryer, fridge, full bathroom; gazebo with campfire and barbeque. A sliding barn door separates the living area from the bedroom, and guests must walk through the bedroom to the bathroom.

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.
