Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Joao David's place was perfect for a night in Figueira da Foz area. I came through hoping to surf the famous right point (which you can see right from the apartment deck) on my way back north to Porto (after a couple months in the Algarve), but alas the conditions were quite rough and didn't line up for good surf. Nevertheless, I had a cozy stay in the stormy weather at Joao David's. The kitchen is super well equipped and though I only stayed one night, I prepared a couple great meals to take with me on the road. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved that you could see the ocean and check the surf conditions from the apartment. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor (so 5 floors up) and you need to carry your bags up there (no elevator). Would definitely stay again!

Appartement spacieux, très très bien équipé. On se sent bien accueilli par les touches décoratives et les attentions ( des petits chaussons vous attendent à l'entrée). L'hôte est disponible pour répondre aux attentes. Location très professionnel. Seul petit point améliorer, la literie du lit king size, sinon tout le reste est parfait.

This airbnb was delightfully accurate. The picture out the window is what you see out the window. For us it was a lovely spot to spend a few days, heading out to the beach, dining in the old town, day trip to Coimbre. The parking was a short walk away. Communication was easy and quick. The apartment had everything we could have wanted in an airbnb. HIghly recommend.

Très bien situé dans le centre d'Aveiro, vue sur le canal, le logement est très bien équiper pour passer un séjour agréable et paisible, pas de bruit de voisinage, literie confortable, important après des journées fatiguantes... We had a wonderful stay in Marta’s home! It was beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home! Marta was available and happy to answer any questions we had. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The area is gorgeous. Walkable and easy to explore. We hope to be able to come back one day!

Wonderful, restored (now modern with nice furnishings) mill house. Very charming with lovely outdoor sitting areas and garden. Nice living room overlooking the river. Good location for visiting Coimbra and the schist villages and for doing nice hikes in the hills. Nice to have four mountain bikes to explore on. David was very responsive and provided good local recommendations.

This place was so magical. A big group of us came to stay for a half marathon in Aveiro and it was the perfect weekend - the pool was fabulous, the pond was so meditative, the sunrises were beautiful. The rooms were all super comfortable (3 of them en-suites plus additional shared bathrooms) and the kitchen was great to cook in. We were going to have lunch in Aveiro after the race but decided to head back to chill by the pool and have a bbq because it’s such a relaxing place. Plenty of space for everyone. We even had to stay an extra night because of the nationwide blackout and João and his family were so kind and accommodating - in the end we were so grateful we got to spend an extra night in this wonderful place! Can’t recommend highly enough and would love to come back in future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison pleine de charme. Elle est très bien équipée, propre et parfaitement entretenue. Un cadre agréable et tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement !

A D. Lucinda foi uma anfitriã impecável em todos os momentos. Na receção à casa, prontamente levou os nossos filhos (8 e 2 anos) para conhecer os animais da quinta, sempre muito querida e disponível. Disponibilizou batatas, a cebolas, azeite e laranjas diretamente apanhadas à chegada :) No dia segut, gentilmente ofereceu-nos um folar feito por si que estava uma maravilha! Iremos concerteza regressar, obrigado por tudo!

This was a true reset! ❤️ The surrounding nature is breathtaking — peaceful, quiet, with fresh air — the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway.The hosts have thought through every little detail to make the stay as comfortable as being at home.The house is incredibly cozy — you can feel that every element was created with love. Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Foi a segunda vez que meus sogros ficaram nesta casa pacífica e muito acolhedora próxima à praia, foi uma ótima experiência sem dúvidas.

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Notre séjour chez Eduardo et Manuela a été très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé. La ville et ses alentours offre de nombreuses possibilités. Nous le recommandons.

Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny, pomimo bardzo późnego zameldowania czekał na nas . Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy kosz powitalny gdzie pomyślał o ważnych produktach na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Otrzymaliśmy linki z instrukcjami dotyczącymi Internetu, kodów itd. Niesamowite było jak poprosiliśmy gospodarza o zarezerwowanie stolika w restauracji, pomimo iż nie mógł się dodzwonić w pierwszy dzień to pamiętał I następnego dnia zarezerwował nam stolik na kolację . Okolica była przepiękna, widok na ocean, basen , spokój , dwa tarasy . Bardzo polecam wszystkim to miejsce . Dziękujemy raz jeszcze Joao za wszystko na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy Ciebie .

Como feedback aos novos hóspedes, em síntese, podemos afirmar que é uma excelente opção, na relação “custo x benefícios”! O quarto está de acordo com as fotos e comodidades anunciadas. O local é muito bacana e está situado a poucos metros da Rua Ferreira Borges, ou seja, os novos hóspedes devem considerar o fato de que estarão no coração do Centro Histórico de Coimbra. We enjoyed our stay at Marcio's in Coimbra. Very comfortable with great view over Coimbra. Would definitely stay there again.
