Even though the photos promise something very special, we still weren’t prepared for just how spectacular the views are from the turret. On top of that, the flat itself surpassed expectations - artfully decorated, beautifully presented and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Morning swims in the tide pool 5 mins away topped off a very memorable weekend. I’m certain we’ll be back!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wohnbereich und Küche bieten einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Straße zwischen Meer und Haus war zum Glück nicht stark befahren um diese Jahreszeit und es gab eine Fußgängerampel in der Nähe. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und sind daher angenehm ruhig. Von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und modern. Dusche und Waschbecken angenehm zu benutzen. Mischbatterie. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Fünf Minuten den Hügel hinauf.

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the pier and town centre, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was also very family-friendly, with a great kids’ bedroom that our young children loved, and the host kindly provided a cot, which was a big help. Check-in was super easy, and communication from the host was clear and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely living area to unwind in after a day out. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’d happily stay again!

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Lovely apartment with perfect view onto the sea. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice spot for a few days recuperation!

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Jo har en fantastisk(!) lägenhet i tre våningar med havet som granne. Sovrummet på översta våningen har balkong och havsvy! Köket och båda badrummen (de ena med ett härligt badkar) var i toppskick, liksom även hela lägenheten! Och sängarna var mycket bekväma. Invid det välutrustade köket finns en liten privat trädgård/patio. Och vid entrén har Jo en liten butik med en hel massa fantastiska inredningsföremål till salu :D Och Jo själv är bara helt underbar! Hon mötte oss när vi anlände och visade oss runt i lägenheten. Hon hade även köpt färskt bröd och kex åt oss samt fyllt frysen med några små ting! Vi kommer absolut att bo här igen om/när vi besöker Hastings igen! <3 :D

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family! The location was great for all of the sightseeing in the area.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. Had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and the bay window looking to the sea and sunset was perfect. Took so many sunset photos from the window! Everything felt fresh and clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Great amenities- loved the coffee machine. Kitchen very well catered for - all utensils that you’d need. Great shower. Host very responsive Loved Margate old town. Walked from Broadstairs back to Margate - great walk with beautiful beaches. A wonderful few days. Thank you.

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.

Lovely place with unreal views of Margate. Check in is really easy and great for exploring - would definitely recommend.
