Bear cabin is built with douglas fir log handcrafted with a unique and modern design. The vaulted ceiling and the old-fashioned pine t&g create this rustic and cozy cabin to enjoy. This cabin is like having your own private oasis to relax in after spending a day hiking around. The hot tub is wonderful to relax and rejuvenate. The Bear Cabin is comprised of 3 queen size beds (sleep 6 adults) with 1 private bedroom, loft bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, covered porch, fire pit, and hot tub. The cabin has full amenities includes essentials, a hairdryer, hangers, linens, towels, kitchen condiments, and spices. This cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. Sorry, we do not accept pets due to allergies. Hot Tub disclaimer: The hot tub is an additional amenities and we will try our hardest to keep it working. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hot tub may not be working on your visit due to maintenance or an unexpected repair.

This 16 foot yurt is perfect for those visiting Denali Park, want a full view of Denali, and have a 360 degree view of nothing but mountains, river, and forest! The yurt is only 29 miles from the entrance to the park and is equipped with power, propane cook stove, lights, toyo stove heating for temperature control, wood stove, and wood for purchase ($10 a bundle). The Border with Denali Park is across the river behind the cabin. Cantwell service station and laundry facility is 5 min drive. Mini fridge,microwave,BBQ and covered deck.

DENALI OVERLOOK - A private house located in the woods only 6 miles from Talkeetna town. Enjoy the spectacular private view of Denali and the Alaska range from the house. Even if Denali is hidden in the clouds, you overlook the valley. You can drink morning coffee looking out at Denali. There are not many places that have a view like this. Why stay with the crowds when you can have privacy. Lots of hiking trails right from the house are available. Moose often walk through this area.

Healy is the “town” north of the park, so there are services, but no public transportation to get around. We own 2 rental yurts in Healy walking distance from each other.

Large windows look out into the old growth boreal forest and at a 6000' unnamed peak in the Alaska Range we call Nation Peak.

Small single level 16x20 cabin. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 futon in the living room. Hot and cold running water, toilet, shower, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, two burner propane stove top. No cell phone reception, no tv reception(dvds available), WiFi is available but spotty Built mostly from local and/or recycled materials. The bathroom is small but fully functional.
