When you’re ready to eat, gather at the four-person dining table. Additional seating for two is available at the kitchen bar. BED & BATH Located on the ground floor, this single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and a 42” smart TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area. LOCATION Tucked away in exciting downtown Santa Fe, Zona Rosa is just 2 blocks from the historic Plaza and a 10-minute walk from the trendy Railyard District. I designed this house thinking about a business person who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.
