Federico je skvělý člověk, už při příjezdu na nás čekal před domem. Vše nám vysvětlil a ukázal. Apartmán byl velice čistý a vybaven vším co člověk potřebuje. Místo je 5 minut chůze ke všemu co na dovolený potřebujete pláže, restaurací, kaváren, obchodů. Parkování je na soukromém parkovišti, kam se dostanete pomocí čipu, který dostanete od Federica hned při příjezdu.

Großartige Unterkunft! Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir den Teddy meines 3 jährigen Sohnes verlegt und vermuteten, er wäre in der Wäscherei mit den Bettlaken nach dem wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel gelandet. Planet hat Himmel und Erde in Bewegung gesetzt um den Teddy zu finden. Immer wieder gerne dort!

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento a Venezia. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dai principali luoghi d’interesse ma in una zona tranquilla, lontano dal caos turistico. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto – pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. L’host è stato super disponibile e cordiale, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su cose da vedere. Il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica a Venezia. Sicuramente torneremo!

Appartamento ordinato e pulito, dotato di ogni accessorio necessario, in posizione straordinaria fronte mare. Spiaggia di sassi, ma al mare si accede comodamente anche tramite un piccolo pontile con gradini. Abbiamo usufruito anche di paddle messi a disposizione da Donald. Il paese di San Lorenzo è tranquillo. Le località più vivaci sono a pochi kilometri di distanza. Donald è simpatico, preciso e presente in caso di necessità. L’appartamento è ideale anche per chi viaggia come noi con il proprio cane. L’accesso al mare ai cani è consentito quasi ovunque e in qualsiasi ora, ad esclusione di alcuni brevi tratti.

Séjour excellent. Le logement est situé en plan cœur de Venise, dans un quartier paisible avec un excellent restaurant à son pied. L'appartement était impeccable, avec de grandes superficies très agréables pour y passer plusieurs jours. Tout était vraiment parfait, merci Sandro pour ce merveilleux accueil ! Nous ne pourrons que recommander ce bien.

Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

Decent location, apartment with all the necessities (and excellent window blinds) in a quiet place. But the hosts themselves probably were the best part - very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Wir haben dieses Apartment sehr genossen: Wegen seiner Lage am Rande der historischen Altstadt konnten wir alle interessanten Orte dieser schönen und lebendigen Stadt unkompliziert und zu Fuß erreichen. I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mestre! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. What I loved the most was how convenient it was to get to Venice — the bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride took less than 20 minutes to reach the heart of Venice. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, with PAM market in 5 min walking, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without having to go far. The host was incredibly welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place near Venice but want to avoid the high costs of staying in the city, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Malgré une incompréhension liée à l'arrivée tardive, notre hôte a été compréhensif. Suzanna qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, serviable et de bon conseil. Le logement correspond aux attentes. les équipements sont très bien : un bain à remous et un sauna (qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance car à électrique). Le lit est agréable si on aime la literie souple. L'appartement est propre ; il y a un peu d'humidité mais nous sommes à Venise, ça me paraît normal. Merci à nos hôtes et à Suzanna pour le séjour !

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und super nett, immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.
