Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber! Umgeben von Pinienbäumen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Die Unterkunft bietet Parkplätze an jedoch waren alle belegt. Parken kann man trotzdem direkt an der Unterkunft am Straßenrand (kostenlos). Die Besitzerin spricht sehr gutes Englisch!

Isolina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, die Unterkunft war super schön und sauber, wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

Bellissimo appartamento, come da foto. Situato in un recentissimo complesso di case che creano quasi un piccolo borgo. Per quanto sia dislocato (il che può essere un plus per chi cerca la tranquillità) a pochi km c'é un piccolo centro con il necessario. Host gentile e disponibile, raccomandata.

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Ho trovato L’alloggio di Maria Luisa molto gradevole: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, piacevole contrasto rustico/lussuoso di molti ambienti. Anche l’ambiente naturale lasciato evolvere senza vistosi interventi umani si lascia apprezzare ma certo è da visitare con un clima più « amichevole «  di quello torrido di questo agosto che ci ha trattenuto da passeggiate nel bosco

Ricardo ist ein wirklich zuvorkommender, freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Gastgeber, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und genau richtig, um aus dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes streiften allerhand Tiere über das Grundstück wie Wildschweine, Fasane, Stachelschweine und Rehe. Die Hütte hatte keine Nachbarn und man ist vollkommen in der Natur der Toskana. Ich kann die Hütte vollkommen empfehlen. Einzige kleine Abstriche sind dass der Pool schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und nicht mehr so frisch wie auf den Fotos aussieht und dass die Sauna etwas verzogen ist, wodurch an vielen Stellen Wind in die Sauna zieht und man relativ lange benötigt an kalten Tagen die Sauna und den Whirlpool anzuheizen.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Wein und das Wasser zur Begrüssung haben wir sehr wertgeschätzt. Die Nähe zu den Quellen war super!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus von Ale, mit direktem weitem Blick aufs Meer und 2 Inseln. Ale sandte eine sehr genaue Beschreibung, wie man zu Ihr findet, incl. Fotos von den wichtigsten Abzweigstellen. Es war einfach zu finden für uns. Wir waren mit einem SUV und 2 E-Bikes da, den Parkplatz zu unserem Chalet konnten wir damit gut erreichen, auch die etwas steilere Straße runter zum Chalet. Für alle Fahrzeuge, die keinen höheren Radstand haben, gibt es oberhalb von Ales Haus einen Parkplatz, man ist in 3 -4 Minuten zu Fuß unten. Ale hieß uns herzlich willkommen, und versorgte uns mit Tips für Restaurants und Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Unser Chalet hatte alles, war wir brauchten zu zweit. 2 Terrassen, davon eine mit Outdoorküche, im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wir zum Einschlafen nutzten. Den Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln haben wir von morgens bis abends genossen, es gab immer etwas zu sehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke Ale!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Un delizioso e luminoso appartamentino con un bellissimo scorcio oltre le mura verso il mare, cosa rara essendo al contempo posizionato dentro la fortificazione del Castello. Ottima interazione veloce e efficace. Da consigliare senz altro!

Simone è stata una persona fantastica, ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di benvenuto a dir poco fantastica, con biscotti succhi di frutta e brioche per la colazione, lenzuola profumate e pulitissime. La sua casa è una meraviglia, curata nel dettaglio, molto pulita e disponibile di tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere periodi lunghi. Dispone di un meraviglioso giardino dove chi come noi viaggia con i nostri amici a quattro zampe è stupendo. Sicuramente torneremo a farti visita prossimamente, grazie ancora per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

A fantastic spot and an exceptional host. Luisa has this adorable and spacious stone cottage beautifully styled and well appointed. It's rustic but intentional - way out in the country so that is to be expected, with many walking and hiking trails nearby and numerous lovely towns to explore in the region (including Montepulciano and Montalcino). The grounds are beautiful, the bed comfortable, and you wake up to bird song every morning. Luisa is incredibly kind and helpful, her response time is quick and she is simply a lovely person. Even her cats and dogs are amazing! A very special place I would not hesitate to go back to or recommend.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Apartment Mirto. Es wurde an alles gedacht, wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es gab eine riesige Obstschale und Wein. Die Ausstattung war vor Allem für Familien toll. Selbst ein Wäschekorb war da. Das Außengelände war unbeschreiblich schön. So viel Platz. So viel Natur. Diese Ruhe. Himmlisch. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es sind ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Die Einrichtung aller Zimmer ist unglaublich geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit ♥️ Wir empfehlen einen Ausflug in das zauberhafte Bergdorf Pitigliano, ca. 1 Stunde entfernt.

Villa Montecasciano, in the Noccioli surroundings is a fantastic location. The Villa itself is large, with abundant space, a lot of natural light, with a rustic feel and a countryside environment that feels extremely private, secluded and safe. The building itself is old but well maintained. The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refurbish, but otherwise everything functions well and serves it's purpose. The Villa provides ample space for relaxation, and enjoying the natural surroundings, surrounded by gardens, olive and nut trees. The shared pool is a total gem - open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 in the summer season, kept immaculately clean, and provides a great environment for relaxation and fun for both adults and children. The atmosphere is serene, tranquil and friendly. We had a great time staying at the villa as 2 families with 3 kids and felt welcome, safe and in a great environment to have the perfect mix of relaxation and family time.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

Agostina è stata fin da subito, e intendo a gennaio quando abbiamo prenotato, disponibile e gentile ad ogni nostra domanda e richiesta. il casale era super pulito, bagni, cucine, stanze, lenzuola, asciugamani e stoviglie. tutto in ottime condizioni. Agostina ci ha risposto e accolto al telefono e alla sua porta anche in tarda serata. Istruzioni sul check in e check out sempre molto chiare dall'inizio. La casa è completa di tutto, per fare un esempio, c'era sale, zucchero, olio, aceto per tamponare l'arrivo, nella dispensa c'era addirittura un mini primer, un frullatore, una centrifuga e piatti, bicchieri, pentole e insalatiere al volontà.Fino ad ora mai vista una cosa del genere. Consigliato al 100%. Noi eravamo in 11 e abbiamo occupato l'intero casale con possibilità di altri 3 posti. Veramente soddisfatti. Gentilezza, serietà e competenza, tre qualità rare da trovare tutte insieme. Grazie Agostina

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super schön. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind wunderbar. Man kommt leicht zum Strand und kann trotzdem seine Ruhe auf der Terrasse haben. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, schlicht und sauber. Fußläufig entfernt gibt es eine leckere Pizzeria. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine Sache, die man eventuell beachten sollte: Es gibt dort eine große Gruppe von Straßenkatzen, die recht aufdringlich versuchen, sich Zugang zur Wohnung zu verschaffen. Man muss sie also etwas vetreiben. Falls man also nicht besonders Katzen affin sein sollte, dann sei man hiermit vorgewarnt.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.
