we loved it. here you really get down to gear, we enjoyed the view and the surroundings. fantastic nature wherever you look. the hosts were super friendly and helpful. we stayed two nights but would definitely recommend more nights so that you can really get all the impressions.

Absolutely loved it. Earthy and private and loved every second, wanted to stay longer. Hot tub was amazing. Takes a while to heat up but is fun to test the temperature and still warm in the morning if u play it right. Pool is fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

Came here last year as I grew up in the hermitage and brought my Thai fiance and she just fell in love with the place. The animals, nature, mountains and friendly people. Love it here and came back longer this time and will be back every year.

Our stay in the Blouhuis was super nice and we had a great time. Heleen is super friendly and proactive, you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen to make yourself feel at home. The location is super nice and we had the best sunrises, sunsets and night skies to watch 🥹 not having proper electricity was no issue at all since Heleen provided candles and other light sources. Thank you very much for having us!

Skyroo is a truly special and exceptionally beautiful place. The Gemsbok villa is amazing, you have absolutely everything you need and the hot tub is a great little something extra. The setting is spectacular and don't forget to look up on a clear night as the stars will take your breath away.

Estelle’s place is a little slice of farm heaven. Magical for a family getaway. Beautiful gardens, and friendly service, and lots of farm animal interactions made for a peaceful and fun loving family holiday. This is a place for those looking to escape to wide open spaces, and switch off. While still being close enough to the little town of Greyton to enjoy some low key shopping, and characterful restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Eine schöne, süße Unterkunft. Für uns als kleine Familie (mit einer 4-Jährigen Tochter) reichte das vollkommen aus. Der kleine „Erfrischungs-Pool“ war für uns perfekt. Wenn man richtig kochen möchte, erscheint uns die Küche und die Möglichkeiten recht klein - aber man kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto (2min) zu einem tollen Restaurant (Deux Lions) kommen, in dem es von Fr-So ein tolles Frühstück gibt. Und sowieso die anderen Restaurants in der Stadt sind großartig und nicht weit entfernt.

Vanessa’s house is hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences. The open plan kitchen and lounge area is wonderfully spacious. Great beds, linen & towels. An umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards & games to entertain kids. A kitchen with most things you’ll need for family dinners - even an air fryer & toastie maker. We’ll definitely be back.

Esther is a gracious host, very hospitable and helpful, and the apartment is very nicely situated, a short walk to the Cliff Path, beaches, and amenities. We felt comfortable and safe, and enjoyed all the conveniences, including a "braai" outside om the patio and a washing machine in the garage :-) Were we to return to Hermanus in the future, we would definitely like to stay there again!

Had the best farm stay. One of the best equipped places I have ever stayed at. The sunsets are beautiful and the walks are lovely. This place is perfect if you have a doggo. Lots of space to run in the encloses yard and some lovely swimming spots.

Elsja made sure we were warmly welcomed - Christmas decorations, gifts for our dogs and some fabulous treats for us! This is our 2nd holiday at the house and love the large rooms with plenty of light and fresh air - easy walks to the beach and the mountain. We will be back! Thank you.

The Gray House makes you feel like you are staying at home. It is loved, well looked after and feels like a lived in family home. Lovely for the children, plenty of space and very well equipped. Linda was very friendly and a treat to have her clean if needs be - exactly what you want when you are on holiday. One of our best Airbnb finds!

Great location near wine tram station and within walking distance of some wineries. Easy walk to main road for restaurants. Very cozy and tastefully decorated home. Would definitely stay there again.

Karin was friendly, responsive and very proactive with my request for a Baby High Chair. We also really appreciated the baby bath toys (the ducks we're our daughters favourite). Beautiful cottage with old world charm in the heart of exquisite Greyton. Couple of minutes walk to local grocery store, and east walking distance to nearby trails. Would highly recommend it. We had a lovely stay on the farm. Great location near Swellendam and fantastic views. Lots to do on the farm with swimming, hiking, tennis and game watching and lots to do in surrounding area. We loved the game drive and Michael’s knowledge of the area and animals. Michael was a fantastic host and we will definitely visit again.

Wauw. Wat een plek. Wat een aandacht voor detail en schoonheid. Zeer goed geaccomodeerd, en voorzien voor stroomuitval (wat we niet gehad hebben). Praktische keuken voorzien van alle gemak. Mooi en bijzonder groot zwembad, die je deelt met de eigenaars, maar alles is erop intesteld om elkaars privacy te garanderen. Als je met een kind reist, wordt er een bed opgesteld in de woonruimte, wat misschien niet voor alle gasten even handig is, maar dit weegt absoluut niet op tegen alle voordelen van dit klein paradijsje. Helene is de perfecte gastvrouw die je ontvangt alsof je familie bent. Een van de mooiste plekken waar we gelogeerd hebben tijdens onze Zuid Afrika reis....

A wonderful, quiet and private stay tucked away at the base of the mountains and hidden between the vineyards. Loved every second of the stay.
