Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

We had a great stay. Nice to have the beech accessories available. I questions why we had to pay $80 for cleaning since it is required for us to clean, take out the garbage, and strip the beds, which I didn't have a problem with. It wouldn't take someone very long to fix the bed and put clean towels up. Also we were missing a top sheet which wasn't a problem.

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

Great Location! Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful beach is a short walk from unit. Loved the heated pool and friendly people. Host responded to any questions very quickly! Will stay again!

This is honestly one of the best I've stayed at. I was apprehensive about it being attached to a home. but honestly was incredibly private and I didn't feel like we were a disturbance to the main residence. Mercedes thought of absolutely everything to make her place comfortable. the neighborhood felt incredibly clean and safe. the property was impeccably maintained. would stay there again for sure.

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

We had so much fun staying at Genna’s place! Everything was spotless, and the decorations were so homey and cute! I had to write Genna during our stay, and she wrote back right away! Loved the laundry room right next door with free washer/dryer - that came in handy during our stay! They also have some fun sand toys and a highchair in there! Over all, couldn’t recommend Genna more! She was wonderful, and her place was perfect!!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Do yourself a favor and stay at Yens! This place was exactly as described and in pictures! The space was immaculate and even had a few snacks with a coffee station. Yens also gave us many great reccomendations for the area and was reaponsive and helpful! The check in and out process was incredibly easy . The bed and pillows were also extremely comfortable. We were very happy with our stay here. I would HIGHLY reccomend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you again for your hospitality! 😀

A+ with bonus points. We have stayed with Patty before. She is the perfect host. Available non intrusive goes the extra mile. The apartment is totally comfortable with outdoor bacony seating off the kitchen. Beautiful mature trees. You feel you are in a tree house and lots of birds. It is clear Patty respects the earth and values the environment. Totally walkable to downtown Melbourne and a great walk across the bridge to Indialantic for an extended walk on the beach and restaurants. Not into walking no worries. A short drive to everything you need. Stay at Patty's place and enjoy all the amenities she has to offer.

Absolutely beautiful place. Accommodations were promptly provided when needed. Very grateful for the support as we did have to leave early and our host was understanding and accommodating. Anyone that is looking for a beautiful and comfortable suite should definitely book here!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Myrnali is a great host. Friendly, proactive and responsive in a timely manner. This is a great place and have stayed three times already and plan on staying there again in the near future.

Wonderful location, right off of the main 436S. Alcira, my host, was very polite and offered me help whenever I had issues with anything. She was super responsive! I would stay here again.

Great two bedroom! Nice and clean and very comfortable for a family of four. Two adults, two kids under the age of 3. Balcony looking over the pool was nice as well. Over all a great stay and would love to go back to the same location another time!

Traveling solo with my autistic son. Him being comfortable enough to not have to "stim" to settle in was my first green flag. Melissa recommended a near by Park which he loved! I loved how spacious the shower and closet with full length mirror was . The private backyard space was perfect for my son to spend time outside safely . Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Great place to stay for all of the nearby activities, including Kennedy space centre, cocoa beach, Dolphins Grill, etc. Would recommend. Very clean and spacious.

JJ’s airbnb was great! Very spacious and clean. Having two balconies was also a nice touch! Looked like the photos and was easy to get inside. JJ was responsive as well. The location wasn’t far from cocoa beach which was nice. I definitely recommend!

This spot was well worth the pricing. It was a great location, being close to the beach and a walkable distance to eating spots. Claudia was very responsive when I had questions, and overall, it was a great experience.

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

Beautiful place, perfect for 2 couples or a family, steps from the beach. Pool looked great but we didn't find time for it. Cement construction so noise from the outside was non existant

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.
