The home also features a large screened-in sun porch, an upper sun-worshipper’s deck, and a private yard complete with a fire pit and grilling area. An outdoor shower adds the perfect touch for beach days. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home offers both privacy and convenience. Step right onto the adjacent bike trail and ride to downtown Lewes, Savannah Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and beaches, or even Rehoboth. This is an ideal retreat for families looking to relax and explore the area. This charming cottage is a great romantic getaway. It is cozy and an easy walk into the historic town of Lewes ~ many great restaurants are nearby. Lewes is a fascinating & historic town with so much to do: biking, canoeing, birding, beach time, museums, and more. The doors of the Cottage have low head jams and the stairs are compact. There is some noise from the nearby road ~ a white noise machine is provided. The cottage is compact, the refrigerator for the Cottage is a small one.
