Can I say “home away from home”?? I felt comfortable, safe, and pampered!! The place is gorgeous and is local to many amenities. Rachel makes your visit personal and is very responsive. She provides a plethora of things to do, restaurants to try and even offers coupons to nearby festivities!! I will definitely be back and hopefully her place will be available. It will be tough to beat!!

easily accessible. easy to find. Mark had all the favorite attractions and restaurants posted alongside how to enter the pools. The rooms were great sizes and extremely home feeling. Beautiful kitchen, dining area, and sun room. The home was spotless and he provided supplies that we would need throughout our stay. We had 10 people in our group and all enjoyed the home and would stay again in the future.

the house was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room to be together but also ample private space for everyone. Some of the appliances are a bit dated, but the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. The management company was immediately responsive when we ran into a couple of minor issues. The view of the marsh is spectacular and the screened porch provided a wonderful, bug-free area for us to enjoy being outside. Only thing which could be improved is that the beds are small and the rooms could definitely accommodate larger beds.

Ashley's condo was perfect for our Spring Break stay. Everything was just as described and we had everything we needed. The condo is right next to the elevators and laundry room, which was an added bonus. We will definitely consider using Ashley's condo if we ever stay in the area again.

Great location- super close to the beach. Great house for a dog- large fenced in backyard and screened porches and decks that are easily closed off to keep your pet with you and not wandering off. Isle of Palms is great and this house is super close to the grocery store and on great biking and walking trails.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked condo. Plenty of baby items and games for kids as well. We will be back!

I really liked this place it was very spacious and the kids loved seeing the ducks and swans in the lake and we had everything we needed like rags and towels even stuff to cook with

We had a wonderful but unfortunately brief stay at the Eco House; Hurricane Debby prevented us from fully experiencing everything this house and Folly beach offers. April is a great host and we hope to have an opportunity to return again soon. The beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants on Center St. are a few short blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride through this lovely, quiet neighborhood.

The house was very nice exactly like the description and photos. The deck area was awesome and home was well stocked. The only issue we had was the house was not clean, the floors were so dirty our feet and socks were black after walking around for a few hours. Also, the linens were visibly not washed and had stains and hair all throughout. The host was very responsive and did profusely apologize and refunded the cleaning fee which I felt was very fair. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend highly!
