This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Wenn der Ätna frei ist, ist der Blick von der Terrasse atemberaubend. Es hat auch Spaß gemacht, die Hühner zu füttern (dafür gab es täglich ein Ei ). Die Katzen leben draußen und kommen nicht ins Haus- das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist auch im frühen Frühjahr gut bewohnbar, da es gut beheizbar ist. Der Kontakt zu Tina und ihrem Mann war super- sehr freundlich und immer eine schnelle Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Giuseppe nous réserve un très bel accueil. Disponible et souriant, c’est avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation que je recommande ce logement. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr pour la troisième fois.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Piedimonte Etneo ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement du logement, entre mer et montagne, et l'environnement très calme. Le papa de Giulia, Ignazio, nous a très bien accueillis (merci pour les citrons et les légumes du potager !), merci aussi au chien, Rocky, qui a été un super compagnon de jeu pour nos enfants. Nous avons également adoré l'excursion à l'etna avec le guide recommandé par Giulia: Giuseppe Valastro. Journée inoubliable avec un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le volcan. Grazie mille !!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente! La posizione dell’appartamento è abbastanza comoda, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e non dista molto da Giardini Naxos e da Taormina. L'appartamento era pulito, ben curato e arredato in modo confortevole. La proprietaria di casa è stata molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questo appartamento!

Great spot with a balcony view! Location is situated just above town so it’s a super easy walk to the main strip and walking distance to the cable car to the beach. The town in general is NOT car friendly. Clean, cute and comfortable place!

Als ich in der Nacht der Ankuft die steilen Straßen von Geraci Siculo entlang fuhr, ahnte ich nicht, wie schön dieser Aufenthalt werden würde. Eigentlich war ich hauptsächlich in der Gegend, weil ich einen Artikel über eine seltene Tanne im Madonie Naturpark schrieb. Aber die Zeit in Geraci Siculo selbst sollte einzigartig werden. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Obwohl ich spät ankam, begrüßten mich Davide und sein Bruder Alessandro persönlich und luden mich direkt zu einem Glas Wein, Käse und Brot mit dem besten Tomatenpesto ein, das ich je gegessen habe (man schmeckt die Sonne - anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben). Davide und sein Bruder sind sehr herzlich und gaben mir einige Empfehlungen für Geraci Siculo und die Umgebung. Die beiden stellen ihren eigenen (sehr leckeren) Wein her und bauen Gemüse und Obst an, das sie offenherzig mit mir teilten. Ich war im besten Sinne überrumpelt von der Gastfreundschaft. Das Airbnb liegt in der selben Straße wie ihr Haus und war sehr schön.

Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

c'è un grande problema in questo soggiorno: è durato troppo poco! siamo stati un giorno all'interno di questo delizioso appartamento io e mio cugino e siamo stati stra bene! giro il mondo da anni grazie al mio lavoro e ho visitato e conosciuto miliardi di proprietari e devo dire che persone come il signor Pippo e tutto il gruppo, sono persone rare da trovare. accoglienza degna di un 4 stelle, casa super pulita e profumata, curata in ogni minimo dettagliato, una cortesia e gentilezza inappagabile. abbiamo trovato colazione, acqua e ottima frutta di stagione (anche dei loro giardini). Quando volevamo noleggiare delle bici, prontamente ci sono state messe a disposizione le loro, con la messa appunto prima di utilizzarle. la sera inaspettatamente abbiamo ricevuto dell'ottima pizza fatta in casa proprio dal signor Pippo e tutta la sua deliziosa famiglia. ci siamo sentiti in famiglia, davvero! lo consigliamo a tutti, trattateli con cura che sono rare ad oggi persone così.

What a wonderful surprise! We booked this Airbnb last minute as it was on our way to Taormina. Camastra is a beautiful, quaint little ceramic town off the main highway. What I loved most was the location - it’s in the middle of the city centre, plenty of parking options seconds from the flat…and also seconds away from shops, restaurants & a beautiful viewpoint. I would recommend staying here :) Also, the flat was super spacious. A lot bigger in person which was a bonus. The host was lovely, really does her best to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for everything

Un accueil très chaleureux dans un appartement spacieux, confortable et propre. Beaucoup d'attentions présentes pour le petit déjeuner et les produits de salle de bains. Jolie terrasse avec vue sur Taormine. Bord de mer accessible à pied. Très calme pour dormir.

Raramente scrivo recensioni ma la qualità dell’alloggio di Stefano e la sua estrema gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire come di famiglia. Alloggio pulitissimo, fornito di ogni genere di confort: dai saponi in bagno alla colazione ottima ed abbondante, frutta fresca e cucina molto ben attrezzata. Posizione comodissima in quartiere tranquillo a due passi dal centro e dal mare con bar e supermercati vicinissimi. Stefano poi sempre presente e disponibile ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. Una gestione ottima, un proprietario super!! Esperienza che rifarei senza ombra di dubbio!! 10 superior!

C’était une très belle expérience au sein de ce logement. Les terrasses offrent une vue magnifique. Ce logement convient tout à fait pour les familles nombreuses, c’est très spacieux et bien équipé. L’hôte nous a accueilli et s’est montré très chaleureuse. Dès que nous avions la moindre question lors du séjour, elle nous répondait en moins de deux minutes par téléphone et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Le seul point à améliorer est la propreté dans la salle de bain. En effet, il y a des traces de moisissures sur les bords de la douche et c’est vraiment la seule chose qui est à améliorer dans ce logement. Sinon je recommande :)

Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, accessible à pied, de Taormine, accessible en bus et de l'Etna. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueilli et nous ont donné des conseils de restaurants, de glaciers... Nous sommes ravis de ce logement bien équipé.

Super hote effectivement ! Matteo m'a conseillé sur les parcours à faire et a été aux petits soins à tout point de vue. Petit déjeuner et chambre salle de bains superbes. Un gars super sympa et un des meilleurs rapport qualité prix que j ai vu depuis un mois en Sicile

När vi åker till Taormina igen kommer vi definitivt bo på detta fantastiska ställe. Otrolig miljö och Pina fick oss att känna oss väldigt välkomna. Oerhört proffsig men ändå med en personlig touch. Har inget negativt att säga. Hade velat ta med oss Pina hem till Sverige.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine kleine Sizilen Rundreise geplant und bei der Auswahl der Unterkünfte fiel uns Diegos Angebot ins Auge. Und sind wir froh, dass wir zugeschlagen haben. Man wacht auf, die Sonne strahlt einem ins Zimmer und wenn man die Tür auf den Balkon öffnet, steht man quasi am Meer. Eine herrliche Erfahrung. Diego selbst ist auch ein wirklicher Signore. Mit Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und tollen Restaurants in der Nähe, haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Zum Frühstück gibts eine Auswahl von Früchten, kleine Cornettos und herrliches Rührei, wenn man das möchte. Für einen Aufenthalt in der tollen Stadt Milazzo, kann ich Diegos Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bis bald👋

L'alloggio corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione, lo abbiamo trovato ordinato e pulito. si trova in una posizione tranquilla in cui è facile parcheggiare. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche un parco giochi per i più piccoli ma per la brevità del nostro soggiorno e per il caldo di agosto non lo abbiamo utilizzato. Antonio e chi collabora con lui sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Prodotti freschi ed abbondanti per la colazione.

Sabrina war eine grandiose Gastgeberin. Sie war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie gab mir Tipps, was ich unbedingt erkunden sollte. Das Zimmer war super sauber und ausgestattet. Das Frühstück mit ihrer selbstgemachten Marmelade war sehr köstlich. Generell sehr empfehlenswert

We had a fantastic stay with Giuseppe! He is such are friendly and helpful person. He introduced us to Taormina with many personal hints for good restaurants, sightseeing etc. The large balconee offers a spectacular view over the bay of Taormina. The house is located within a few minutes from the city center, but is very quiet. The furniture is classic and high quality including a good kingsize bed. I highly recommend to stay with Giuseppe, and we will for sure stay there next time we're in the region. Didier & Ariane (Switzerland)
