The Annexe is in a quiet location, just outside St. Austell town centre, <4 miles from beautiful sandy beaches & the stunning South Coast path. It’s close to walking/cycling routes along old china clay trails too, & not far from The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens Of Heligan, plus famous Harbour villages:- Mevagissey, Charlestown, Fowey & Looe, with their abundance of eateries & artisan craft shops. The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Bojea Mill

This unique Mill built 300yrs ago enjoys outstanding views. It’s peaceful rural setting offers you the opportunity to access footpaths and a cycle network from your door, which will connect you to the Eden project in one direction or St Austell and the Pentewan valley in the other. It is ideally located with Charlestown Harbour only 2 miles away and the whole of St Austell bay to choose from, ie, Fowey, Gorran haven & Mevagissey to name but a few; it makes the beaches and coastal paths a must.

Callywith House was built by the owners in 2019, set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

Palm Tree Cottage is located between the historic port of Charlestown and St Austell and backs onto a lovely park in a quiet residential area close to the coast. The south coast beaches of Porthpean, Pentewen, Par and Carlyon Bay are within 10-20 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.
