This place was great for our stay, the house has everything you can think of and more. Has a lot of character Great location Clean and hosts friendly and good communication.

I booked 2 rooms with Gemma and she could not have been more friendly or any more helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I staying in Segeun little cottage, we enjoyed very much, nice big kitchen, and clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds, I have back problems and I sleep like a baby every night. Easy to find and very well located to get to Penyfan peak and Breacon Mountain. We also visited Aberfan town and memorial. And the owners from the corner fish and chips shop made our trip even better, they have very nice food and home made pies, we got food from them few times and eaten at home. Definitely we will come back.

A great stay here with Sarah. The Pets were not invasive at all, and I was left well alone. All instructions were very clear. Free parking was a bonus, and a central location too. Sarah was friendly. Room was clean, and towels and shower gel was left for me. Lock on bedroom door too, not that I needed it. TV was great, and access to all channels, WiFi too.

Beckie was very friendly and made me feel extremely welcome in her home. Beckie's place was clean and tidy and in a great location, only a short walk from the town centre. Everything was as described and I felt very much at home. I'd definitely stay there again.

This was our first Air B&B experience and we couldn't have chosen a better place!!! It was absolutely fantastic.....the house was beautiful, Julie went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay by providing us with all the information and more that we needed. The house is in an ideal location close to the beach, we would highly recommend this stay to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Right on the seafront, and off road parking made it so much easier too! Any issues, the host was very responsive and offered to help where she could. Will probably be booking again in the future!

The room was clean and comfortable and in a great location for a couple of days exploring the Glamorgan coast.

It’s lovely to stay in an Airbnb that’s modern & not crumbling down, which they usually are! It was very clean and the beds & sofa were comfy so have rated it 5 stars! Alex was also super responsive . Do have some suggestions though as the bedrooms desperately need some thick curtains. The large room is flooded by the street lights as the blinds are only thin plastic & you just can’t get any sleep. The smaller room is a bit better but was still too bright. The bath is incredibly shallow (maybe it’s a Welsh building reg requirement) so bear in mind if you like a deep bath. In terms of the dining table, you need to move the couch and table in order to get 4 round it, I think a square one would be easier with 4 chairs rather then 2 chairs & 2 stools. Some information on the recycling would have been helpful as it was hard to know what went where & we need a non-recycling bag for nappies (which are available in Wales as my SIL has one). A welcome pack would have been nice too! Xx

A lovely clean and comfortable place in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The little house is a beautiful oasis after a busy day and one of the nicest places weve stayed - exceptionally clean, with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and lots of homely touches for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed spending time in Penarth as well and the walk in to Cardiff via the barrage was interesting.

We spent a lovely weekend at this well appointed cottage. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and attractive living room and garden space. A short walk down to the sea front. Would definitely recommend.

Matt and Lisa were friendly and welcoming hosts. In-person check-in was great to be able to ask questions. The house was warm and cosy with all amenities to a high standard and clean. The location was great with stunning views over Cardiff Bay and ideal for our needs to visit WMC and Bay and within 45’ walk along the Cardiff Bay Trail Walk. Highly recommend in the moonlight🤩

Me and my mates had a great stay here for 3 nights before and after taking past in the Newport half marathon. Fais’s home was clean and not cluttered and felt pretty modern throughout with plenty of appliances. There was even a smart TV with Virgin Media which i certainly did not expect. Only things i would recommend are some more forks and spoons for the kitchen, some new mattresses or mattress toppers in a couple of the rooms and possibly some garden furniture. Otherwise we all had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Fais for allowing us to stay in your home.

We stayed at this house due to the locality for what we had booked. It was a wonderfully quiet corner of the world and had everything we needed for the weekend. The house is great to return home to and sit and chill and chat. We didn’t get time to do any of the local walks that were mentioned in the notes as we didn’t have time but we could not fault the house or correspondence with the host. Wonderful stay would highly recommend.

Perfect location for walking into Barry Island beach. Lovely coastal walks to The Knap, Romilly Park and Portkerry. We also walked to the Goodsheds for a mooch around the shops and a scrumptious lunch. The house is great and has everything you could need. The host is helpful and very friendly too.
