Had a wonderful stay with my husband and little girl. 10min drive to the beach, and lots more beautiful beaches close by. The cottage is very nice, espcially the kitchen area where we spent most of our time when indoors. Lovely patio for eating outside and hot tub and lots of games to play in the garden which was fun as we had good weather. My little girl loved seeing the sheep and chickens. We found many little towns and things to do for day trips. Would recommend - and Sonia was so friendly and helpful!

Accueil très chaleureux de Michel et sa femme pour nous et notre chien. Petite maison très agréable et propre, dans un hameau calme avec une entrée individuelle, et un jacuzzi privé,avec une cour fermée pour notre berger. D’ailleurs leur chien est très sociable. Merci pour l’attention de la gamelle pour l’eau et la brioche. C’est aussi très pres de toutes les visites que l’on voulait faire. À conseiller sans problème.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Le trampoline, les jeux, livres et BD ont ravi notre fille. Malgré un temps moyen, nous avons pu profiter du jardin, du jacuzzi et du hammam. La maison est aussi située à deux pas du cœur vivant de Saint-Pair sur Mer avec tous ses commerces et trois pas de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette chouette maison. We had a wonderful stay with Virginie and Manuel. They were so warm and welcoming, very helpful and considerate. The cottage is well equipped, spacious and comfortable with a lovely outlook. It was lovely to walk around the ponds and the hot tub was always at the perfect temperature. We would definitely go back.

Our stay at Mark's was wonderful. The area is very calm and beautiful, Mark was always there to help us out when needed and the place was gorgeous ! There are also lots of things to do around and visit, it's perfect !

Un petit paradis normand, fait pour les petits et les grands. Agréable, propre et bien pensé, pour passer un excellent séjour. Jeannette et Brian sont des hôtes charmants et discrets mais toujours disponibles et souriants. Notre bébé s est régalé dans ce lieux avec les animaux,et le spa est idéal pour déconnecter pour les grands. On est en pleine nature mais en 40 min on peut faire des visites et voir la mer. Toute notre petite famille recommande ce bel endroit !

Amazing stay for our family with young children! Location was perfect driving distance from many areas of interest. And the kids enjoyed the added bonus of Sandrine's special pups being around. Thank you so much! Can't recommend enough! Xx

David’s place was a lovely quaint stone cottage ! Many things original to the 1787 home. It was located close to the landing beaches and war memorials which was the purpose for our trip. The only thing that was a disappointment was the fireplace was not working and so we found the home very cold .

Wat hebben wij genoten van dit verblijf. Mooie ruime kamers en een prachtig uitzicht op het landgoed. De verhuurder en collega's van het landgoed zijn allemaal erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een rondleiding en natuurlijk het proeven van de Calvados, Pommeau, appelcider en appelsap is beslist een aanrader. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig en historisch. Normandië heeft ons positief verrast.

The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated, cosy and very rustic. We felt well at home in the property and the surrounding gardens which were completely private. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful break in the country, and there are very thorough instructions left by the owner on how to do everything, this included recommendations for local attractions, services and more! While this property is perfect for a rural escape, you are only 5 minutes drive from Vire and 10 minutes from Sourdeval. We would highly recommended the property and we hope to return the next time we are in the area.

Petit séjour parfait ! Notre hôte Damien est très sympathique, réactif et attentionné. Le gîte est superbe décoré avec beaucoup de goût un petit feu à notre arrivée 🥰, il y a vraiment tous ce qu'il faut dans le gîte. Environnement est très jolie avec un très beau paysage, des animaux à proximité... Bref, un bon weekend en Normandie. Au plaisir d'y retourner. Merci beaucoup 😃

Katie, our dog Jesse and I had a lovely peaceful break at Jeanne's cottage. Jeanne provided lots of helpful info about check-in, which was flexible and the local surrounding area for things to do. The house was warm and really well equipped, with lovely dinner sets and a welcome bottle of her local Pommeau de Normandie, which was delicious. The pantry cupboard is well stocked with all the necessities, so you don't need to buy everything in your first shop. The surrounding area both in Normandy and into Brittany, is really pretty, reminds me a lot of Devon in some ways, with big beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves. Plus, some of the best seafood we've eaten in ages. If you love oysters, you'll love this area. I would love to come back in the spring/summer to experience it in warmer weather and longer evenings, but it was a perfect break in winter, too.

Die Ferienwohnung von Fabienne war absolut perfekt – sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Fabienne ist eine äußerst herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar war. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Le logement est fonctionnel et correctement équipé. On peut facilement préparer des repas pour deux grâce aux 2 plaques et au petit four multifonctions, ainsi qu’au micro ondes . La propreté du logement et de la literie sont irréprochable. La vue de la maison sur le Mont St Michel est magnifique. L’environnement est extrêmement paisible et reposant. Nous nous sommes régalé des copieux (très copieux) petits déjeuners (avec supplément ) préparés maison avec des produits de qualité. On a adoré le beurre, les confitures, les gâteaux, les croissants et le pain frais … pas très faim pour le déjeuner après ça … Virginie et Michel sont très sympathiques. Virginie nous a donné des conseils sur les activités et les restaurants du coin. Il y a de nombreux dépliants et une liste de restaurants à disposition dans la maison.

Super maison située dans un endroit vraiment paisible. Après l’effervescence de Paris, nous avons apprécié se reposer à cette endroit. Il y avait suffisamment d’espace pour notre famille de 4 et le terrain était très pratique pour faire jouer les enfants.

Das Haus ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen, riesigen Garten. Wir und unser Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es absolut empfehlen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Valérie, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature aimant le calme et la sérénité. Jardin bucolique débouchant sur le GR et sur la baie. Marianne est sympathique, discrète et respectueuse. Notre séjour était parfait!

Le gîte était vraiment très agréable, le salon-cuisine spacieux, l'aménagement bien pensé et l'environnement calme et apaisant. L'endroit avait vraiment du charme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. David était par ailleurs très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande le lieu et les hôtes!

Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar und unseren Hunden für eine Woche in der sehr schönen Unterkunft. Im Vorhinein haben sie uns schon total unterstützt um einen Termin bei einer Krankenschwester zu bekommen, da ich an der Hand frisch operiert war. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche cidre und typischem sehr gutem Gebäck aus der Region. Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Unterstützung und den stressfreien Urlaub! herzliche Grüße Sybille und Markus

I really enjoyed my stay at The Vintage Cottage. Margaux is a fabulous host whose responsiveness and attention to detail really add something special. Overall great value. Five Gold Stars. The breakast basket is not to be missed! The surrounding area is beautiful and suitable for touring by car, bike, or on foot. Stunning views abound. There's plenty to visit, and the homes ofCamembert and Calvdos are nearby, so culture and gatronomy also enrich the visit. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns bei Véronique und Rémy sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese ruhige und gemütlich Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie sind als Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber und ist sinnvoll ausgestattet. Wir wussten vorher, dass sie etwas abseits liegt, wenn man aber Ausflüge nach Caen, an die Küste und in die malerische Suisse Normande machen möchte, liegt sie wunderbar. Das Anwesen ist wie ein kleiner Park, wundschön, ruhig und äußerst gepflegt. Wie würden jederzeit wieder bei Véronique und Rémy buchen.

The garden is private, peaceful, spacious, beautiful… being by the river was magical and for us instantly relaxing. We are cooks and there was everything we needed to make the best use of local ingredients. The fish stall is next to the baker on Tuesdays… we also enjoy the Monday night concerts in Pont d’Ouilly in the summer months. The walking in the area is excellent. It’s not our first visit to the Suisse Normande and it won’t be the last.

Isabelle est une hôte très accueillante et disponible . Avant notre arrivée , Isabelle avait allumé le poêle pour notre confort . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gîte.
