We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

The home and grounds were beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy with no issues. The host is easy to get a hold of and answers quickly when contacted . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an 18-month-old and had no issues at the home other than there is no fenced in play area so we would walk him around outside but mostly had to keep him in the house.

Our stay here was perfect for our family of 8. The home had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect to do all of the activities and sightseeing we had planned. Our host was very attentive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to San Diego. Thanks to Shar.

Ariel was wonderful. Always available, immediate response and to our complete satisfaction. We asked to extend the check-out time due to a delayed flight and she agreed immediately. She is truly nice. The house is very spacious, large rooms, a nice little yard. The master suite is luxurious, I just have to mention that there is no door to the shower but a curtain - not something that bothered us. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to walk through.

We had a wonderful stay in La Jolla at Noel and Linda's home. The house had everything we needed and the views were wonderful! We appreciated all the basic living supplies, kcups etc. provided for us which made our stay very convenient. All directions on care and use of the house were clear and detailed--only struggled a bit with the garage code entry. We enjoyed great meals at George's by the Cove in La Jolla and also Peohe's in Coronado, City Taco in North Park and Ketch Grill as well. The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park visits were fantastic and the guys enjoyed golf rounds at Torrey Pines and Coronado. A great trip and we appreciate your hospitality!

The PERFECT loc to visit SDSU child. CHECK-IN/INSTRUCTIONS: easy to understand & got in wo any issues. NEIGHBORHOOD/LOC: easy to find, accessible, on a main, residential street. Couldn’t hear any outside noise. Walked around neighborhood at nite & otherwise, very safe. Within 10 mins of son’s dorm, lots of nearby eateries. KITCHEN: had basic ingredients & some random pantry items, similar to what we find at most Air BnBs. Though we mainly used the kitchen for simple breakfasts, it was well stocked to prep a full meal. Keurig with pods is always a welcome amenity! ROOMS & BATHROOMS: clean, spacious, & well-stocked with all linens. Beds were perfectly firm; no complaints abt kinked necks, sore backs, or rolling into any mid-mattress valleys. LIVING ROOM: clean, big screen, large enough for our fam of 5. BACKYARD: quiet, grass with patio area, jacuzzi which we wanted to try but didn’t get the chance. Hosts also provided snacks/goodies & bottled waters-a nice added touch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect spot for us to gather with our large family and enjoy a family vacation. The drive to the beach and other fun things was not bad at all and it was nice because it was so quiet and peaceful at the home that it was nice to be a little bit off the beaten path. Our kids absolutely loved it there and were excited to return after our activities. We would highly recommend staying there!

We loved our stay at Carolina’s apartment. It has everything you would need for a stay and Carolina goes above and beyond in providing basic amenities to get you through the first week of your stay. The location is great - near freeways and walking distance to Kensington, Normal Heights and City Heights. The pictures do not give the unit justice. It’s much larger than the pictures make it seem, it gets great light, has good air flow and the outside gardens and vegetation give the place a very relaxing feel. In addition, it’s a quiet neighborhood and the parking spot is right next to the building. Although we didn’t need to use it during our April stay, the apartment has air conditioning and has a heating unit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future trips to San Diego. Just finished up a great stay! The location is somehow close to everything but still super quiet and peaceful. The photos are spot on and the apartment is extremely comfortable. Kaitlin was great and seemed to be readily available if any issues arrived. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

Do not hesitate booking this stay for your next vacation. The absolute perfect location, most charming little beach condo, INSANE VIEW!! Close to everything you need in the sweetest town. Steven is amazing and extremely helpful

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

I was so relaxed in this house that I definitely felt like home. the hospitality of the host were one of a kind. I had my 8-year-old son, he was able to play with the kids. the location was fabulous. I can't say enough good things about this trip. I can't wait to go back!

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful, and Gabe and Elena were attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We especially enjoyed the backyard!

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

We had an incredible stay at the avocado farm! The place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It provided the perfect environment for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We loved being able to cook meals together, play games, and even enjoy movie nights in the home theater. The privacy was unbeatable—having our own space to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets was a real highlight. The location was ideal, with just a 20-minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and activities. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with everything you need for a fun and restful stay!
