Lovely cottage, very thoughtful extras to make us welcome (awesome lemon drizzle cake!) Lots of maps and leaflets about local places worth visiting. Beautiful place to walk the dogs. Very friendly pub just down the road. Very enjoyable stay, thank you ☺️

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

We had a really lovely stay at this characterful home — it’s full of charm and personality, which made it feel really special. The added bonus was how well-equipped it was for children, with lots of thoughtful amenities that made our trip much easier as a family. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay The only small observation is that it could benefit from a slightly deeper clean, as we did notice some dust in places. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time — just something to be aware of for future guests. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

Treetops were amazing, we were welcomed with freshly baked bread in the kitchen. The place was clean and homely and warm! Would definitely come again, Lisa was an amazing host!

Excellent little apartment, fabulous location, really clean and lovely little extra’s pint of milk and Easter Egg. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful shepherds hut in a beautiful location. Lots of lovely birds in the grounds, and even got visited by a small herd of deer. Jay and Callum are brilliant hosts, very responsive and helpful, and have put lots of nice little touches on the accommodation that make all the difference. Will definitely be staying again!

Amazing stay at this beautiful cabin with private hot tub! We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the team made sure to make this extra special with greetings and decorations❤️ Hot tub was fun! Peaceful surrounding. Highly recommended.

Outstanding. Iconic building, enormous inside, sea views from most windows and you could hear the waves crashing at night! Walking distance to everything and amazing roof terrace and balcony. Will definitely book again!
