This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

What a cute homey space! It really did feel clean, and I think part of it is because shoes are not to be worn indoors. I really appreciated this. The size was perfect for just myself. The space was laid out to maximize its function and use, and I appreciated all the windows that could be opened for fresh air. Everything was very organized. Nikki was quick about answering my questions about the wifi (very fast!) and other amenities. I did not walk to the shops, as it seemed it would take too long to walk there with the limited window of time I had to do so. But driving there only took a few minutes. A lovely stay!

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

Absolutely amazing place. The views were incredible. The place was cozy, clean, and super relaxing. Would definitely recommend as a couple retreat from the world !

My family had a wonderful time!! Such a beautiful home and we were all comfortable. There was so many places around with easy access or short drives. Also on a sidenote the toilet was life changing 😊

Pleasant stay, nicely decorated and slept my family of 5 adults in comfort. Dog friendly as advertised but you would not know it because there was no smell or hair on our clothes. Walking distance to restaurants grocery store and coffee shop. This was my first time to rent a home form airbnb and I'd do it again based on this stay.

We loved our stay and the beautiful views. The layout and housing was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only issues we had was that it was close to the freeway so you could hear the cars sometimes. The place is very easy to find and to get to. The only thing that may have helped was having pot holders for using the oven. Definitely follow the instructions to turn on the fan and open the window when using the stove because the fire alarm is close to the kitchen. These are really minor things. I would recommend others stay here and would have loved to stay longer otherwise.

Marieke was a great host. Always responsive and understanding. Example: I was traveling in from Las Vegas, Nevada. I gave her a heads up I’ll be checking in late due to have car trouble. I also let her know I was checking out early due to me wanting to avoid multiple event traffic jams. And she understood where I was coming from The actually place was great and would stay there again if they would have me. I didn’t use the backyard much. But it’s fairly private. So if you want to lounge outside, and read a book you can. The coffee table doubles as a desk. You can lift the counter top to a higher level. She provided a wireless charging dock if you needed to use one. There were condiments, plates, bowls, and utensils to use. I chose this spot because I was a) relatively close to the event I was attending b) available. As far as I know she owns both abnbs. In the main foyer, there is the abnb you are assigned. And the other immediately across from you.

3 of us stayed. The house is small but plenty of room for us. It was very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed was there. It’s also in a very convenient location.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

This was probably one of if not the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Julia is an AMAZING host, was super friendly, proactive, helpful and prompt with communication. She made me feel right at home the entire time and had the perfect balance of friendly but also letting me have space. The room was pristinely clean when I arrived (and I am a neat freak). I will definitely be staying here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pajaro Dunes. The location couldn't be more perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's rare to find a place that feels so close yet so serene and peaceful. Our family loved every minute of our vacation here, and the calm atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Everything about our stay was excellent, from the cleanliness of the home to the helpfulness of our hosts.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
