We had an amazing time during our stay! The house was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything you could need to relax and unwind. The hot tub didn’t heat up and would deflate very quickly so we weren’t able to use it but the beautiful beaches nearby made up for it. The host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We can’t wait to stay here again when we return to PR!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pamela’s Airbnb in San Juan, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. I loved exploring the vibrant culture of San Juan, knowing I had a cozy retreat to come back to. Words can not express how perfect this spot was for my birthday weekend. Our host, Leysa, was absolutely amazing. She’s so kind and generous!! Her communication was punctual and extremely welcoming (it felt like talking with my aunt 💙). The location of the BnB was honestly the best it could have been; Away from the noise, but close enough to where you want to be. 🏝️ Peaceful mornings, private, and safe. Book it NOW! To put it simply, the house was remarkable, and I would have to say the same about Dolores and how helpful and responsive she was to anything I needed. The description and pictures of the house matched perfectly and, honestly, it was even better in person.

To begin: Loved this house and the neighborhood it's in. House looks exactly as it's presented in the photos. Clean, organized and has so many things to help make your stay feel more comfortable. The island had a period of time where the lights were out but the house has a generator that was really helpful. Rafael helped with clear instructions on how to navigate through everything which was really useful. As long as you follow the directions given, things run pretty smoothly. Communication with Rafael was seamless. He responded pretty quickly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood is pretty quiet in the evening. Even when the lights were out, kids were out playing (which we enjoyed seeing since most kids are usually on a tablet or phone in the city we're from) but everyone was considerate of the time, and inside by about 9pm. Most places and restaurants were no more than 15 to 20 mins away which made catching a uber pretty easy to do. I'd defn stay here again :)

The home was absolutely perfect for my family of 7 . it was very spacious & clean . the host was very responsive & checked in with us consistently throughout our visit . i highly recommend booking !

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

Beautiful rental. The views were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The resort is very kid friendly with a kids pool and playground. The restaurant on site was delicious. We went there multiple times. Overall we enjoyed everything about our stay.

I highly recommend you booking your stay at Kelvin house it was an amazing stay my kids had a blast everything was so clean and beautiful he was a very amazing host I will definitely book with him again a thousand times the pool was amazing and the hot tub definitely was a plus thank you so much Kelvin hope to book with you again !!!!

Loved my stayed in Federico’s house. Many rooms; all with private bathroom for the different family members. I arrived under a major power outage and Federico made everything possible to ensure the house was ready for our arrival. Power generator was definitely a PLuS! Pool and basketball court are just in-front of the building making great for kids and grownups to have fun. Beach was easily accessible with card provided to park at the Embassy Suites hotel just a short 5 mins drive. House is immaculate and TV Family Room was great for movie nights. I would definitely recommend this house for big families that want to have some quiet and family friendly vacation. Looking forward to staying here on in any other of Federicos places. Is nice to stay in a place where host makes all possible to ensure you have a great stay!!

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

This airbnb is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous scenery, very peaceful and quiet, you quickly feel connected to nature and leave back all daily stress. We had a great time, everything we needed was available for us. Having our morning coffee outside, walking the areas, cooking on the fire, enjoying the hot tub and just being present while relaxing made our weekend. Our host was very friendly and communicative. We stayed during a rainstorm and the water level rose impressively fast, we only got to enjoy the river for a while, however, we made sure to leave the water when it started raining and our host made sure we felt at ease. We definitely want to come back!

The place was a beautiful oasis, close enough to eat in Guayama but still has a peaceful and relaxing feeling. It was a great place to unwind from daily life and live more in nature. Any concerns were handled quickly and options were discussed. We lost water due to the local city having issues and was offered other accommodations if needed. We decided to thankfully stay as the water was back on before that night.

I loved staying here. I hiked to the waterfall almost every day. Such a great place to connect with nature. Elier is such an amazing host! Can’t wait to come back!
