Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

The Cool Change: Carova Beach (4x4 area)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the 4x4 area of Carova Beach, our home is sure to offer the perfect "Cool Change" for your next vacation. Located on the canal, it offers plenty of water activities or a walk to the beach. Our home is situated near the Carova Beach Boat ramp and park, a popular place for the wild horses to roam. Reminder, a four-wheel drive vehicle is required to access Carova Beach and our home.
