Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. The home is in a varied and what appears to be a safe neighborhood. Quiet surroundings but close to freeway. The house had been nicely cleaned before arrival. Would say that it sleeps four adults comfortably and is an anxiety free place for children. For a home that is pet and kid friendly it has some natural wear and tear but no major concerns. Plumbing and appliances in great shape. It certainly met our families' needs for this visit.

Michael was a great communicator, check in was seamless. House was clean and lots of sleeping accommodations. Michael also had great suggestions on restaurants to go to if you don’t mind driving a bit. Our party rented a car so transportation was not an issue, expensive Ubers to Dallas if you don’t have your own car. Would definitely stay here again

Kayli’s place met all of our expectations when I was searching for a home that was big enough to accommodate 4 people and two dogs without paying an extreme amount. The size of the home met all of our needs (we were looking for a one story and a yard for our dogs). It was clean and looked just as the photos. The location made it ideal because it was across from a park which we walked/ ran almost everyday. Homes in the area were historic and beautiful to see. The location was a short driving distance to a lot of cool spots where we spent the day. Kayli was very responsive from the beginning and offered a lot of recommendations and was friendly and proactive in meeting any of our needs. I would definitely recommend this cute spot.

So grateful to Homi Spaces for making their space available. I was in town for a memorial service and I needed a quiet place to stay, their home was perfect. It matched the description perfectly, very clean and quiet, and the hosts made sure I was taken care of. They responded to my questions quickly, did their best to provide flexibility, and treated me with kindness during this challenging time. The house is lovely, the bedrooms and beds were very cozy, air conditioning and thermostat worked really well, (this is important in Texas!) and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was very convenient that the grocery store is across the street! Easy to walk to if you don't want to drive. Safe and quiet neighborhood, and close to all the Dallas attractions. Check out was very easy and clear, no hidden fees or excessive cleaning. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend their home to friends.

This home was very clean. The home has a security gate that made my group feel safe. The host responded to any questions we had in a timely manner.

This was a beautiful home and super super clean ! The beds were amazing and the pool area was gorgeous to look at every morning for my morning coffee which they had KCups supplied! Great hosts as well! Will definitely be back !

What an excellent home and destination. The place was super cute and perfect for a week long stay. Grady was amazing to communicate with and I really appreciated being close to White Rock Park. Highly recommend this home and I would definitely come back again. Thank you!

This was a great stay, three king beds all very comfortable. We love took and the kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need. And the 100” tv in the living room was kind of mind blowing.

I was travelling alone for a conference in Grapevine and wanted to see Dallas first. Zoe’s place is in an absolutely A+ location for exploring the city. 10 min walk to the JFK museum. 20 min walk to the American Airlines Centre (saw a Stars game). Had a Starship Bagel (over the road) for breakfast and it is so good plus City Tavern sorted me out for a couple of beers and some food one evening watching the Mavericks on TV. Also Terry Black’s for BBQ is 20 mins walk away in Deep Ellum. Also very good. If you run, you can get down to the Trinity River trails for some peaceful running really easily. Zoe’s appt was clean, comfortable, spacious and nice place to hang out for the small amount of time not spent sleeping that I wasn’t out exploring the city. Would definitely stay again.

This location was perfect for our weekend stay. Teresa was communicative and extremely accommodating- she went out of her way to purchase treats for our pets and provided a well-stocked pantry, fridge, and bathroom. I loved the location and the decor. I would certainly book a stay here again!

Messiah and Mike were absolutely amazing host. The unit was amazing and made me feel right at home, being away on business for almost a month, I was very comfortable. I hope if I am ever in Dallas again, Messiah and Mike can host me again!! Thanks again guys :)

This is a 1 bedroom apartment in a 4 plex building, top floor. The location was excellent, easily walkable to the art district area. The host was incredibly responsive and very accomodating. The room was big, the bed was big and nice, the internet worked well, and it was easy to get in and out. The art around the apartment was nice. On the downside, they need to do better maintenance on the building and making sure everything is ready for a guest to show up. Fortunately, the were very responsive and fast but the list of problems with the place shouldn't really be there to begin with and some of them never got fixed while we were there... and some I didn't even mention because it wasn't worth the hassle. Also, both of us got approached by homeless people near the building. They were harmless but the area isn't the best. Overall, it was worth the price and I'd stay there again.

Great stay for first timers in Dallas! Felt safe the whole time and loved being about to sit on the balcony and relax. Extremely clean interior. Great distance to Deep Ellum.

This is the cutest place to stay! Very comfy and inviting! Great location! No need to drive anywhere! Irene was very responsive, informative and easy to chat with! Room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! The bed was amazingly comfortable. We slept so well! The balcony was a nice addition to comfort as well! We will definitely be returning! Thank you Irene for a wonderful and comfortable stay! Roanoke is a great place to visit and your accommodations made it that much better! See you again soon!

I've stayed in Irene and John's, Oak Street B&V several times and always look forward to my return.

Roxanne's place was clean, easy to find, and she communicates well. Check in was easy and self serve and check out was just as easy. This was a great middle place to stay near the wedding venues I visited. I would recommend or stay again!

We had another great stay at Irene’s place! This was our second time staying here and love it more each time. Roanoke is a beautiful town with a very walkable and entertaining downtown area.
