Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is perfect for a family who wants to get away and relax. The view was amazing and there are walking trails right down the hill. It was just perfect for our family holiday. We will return again!

Fairway to Heaven is beautiful and in an amazing location - minutes to the base of Beech Mountain. We were there during the last snow fall, and it was truly gorgeous overlooking the snow covered golf course. Tim and Amie were wonderful hosts - they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying with them again!

We had a great stay at Jared's place. Everything was very comfortable -- and the bathrooms and kitchen were super-clean, which was great. It was a very quiet community (winter), and the houses are placed for privacy/good views. The club also had very helpful staff, a nice pool, and a good gym. We were happy there was no ice or snow when we were there, as the driveway is steep. A convenient location related to Boone, Blowing Rock, etc. -- everything seemed about 20 minutes away. Jared was also generous on check-out time for us. And we appreciated the very simple check-out procedure.

Amy’s home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It was in a very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for a trip to watch the NASCAR race. Quick drive to the speedway and into town. Will definitely be staying again

Jessica was a very responsive and accommodating host! Her place was welcoming and very clean. The location is off the beaten path but gave us an option that was close to family we were visiting.

You couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place in every way. Host was some of the friendliest people you will ever encounter. More than helpful in every way. Absolutely beautiful place to stay with wildlife abundant. I would highly recommend for anyone to come visit if nothing else more than to spend a couple days but be warned…. You won’t want to leave

The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean, and was perfect for our small retreat. It also had a few toys available for my little one. The location definitely suited our needs. I would recommend it to a family/ small group/ anyone needing a place to stay near bristol or johnson city. There is a train that passes close by, but otherwise it's a very peaceful place to stay! very secluded and peaceful. spent mornings listening to the wild turkeys and evenings watching the deers graze. beautiful mountain view. Very basic amenities ie cooking and baking dishes but limited silverware which is no big deal we just bought some plastic to use as needed. old iron tub in 1 bathroom was so nice after a long day at the track. plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. outdoor grill worked great for steaks. back porch overlooks a field and mountain view. plenty of outdoor space. large porches and fire ring. each time I reached out to James he responded quickly. highly recommend

The space fit our needs and the photos were accurate. It’s an easy trip to and from Bristol Motor Speedway. We would absolutely consider staying here again!

A really nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened in porch and watching the ducks. It had ample parking. The inside was beautifully decorated and had plenty of games, books, and tv's.

Great place for a large family for a race weekend. You can hear the racetrack from the house. Short trip to the track. Got a fabulous private view of the Saturday night after race fireworks from the front porch. Great star gazing space also! Also went to the Bristol Cave while visiting - very cool! Would definitely return if back in the area in the future.

Good location with great views from the decks. A nice woodland setting with excellent wifi. Also close to the city: basketball court 15 min, Walmart 15 min, good Indian food 20 min. I preferred Zaap Lai to the other Thai restaurant I tried. Barking dogs were an annoyance some days. Some days the barking dogs were limited to under 30 minutes, but some days they were barking for hours. If that noise doesn't bother you it is a great location. Even if it does (I am bothered by such noise) it is still a good location it just is less peaceful than my previous stay due to the barking. It really is a spectacular location to enjoy nature.

The Eagle Nest cabin was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The host, Ricky, was always available, proactive, and helpful. The cabin is stunning and also pet friendly! There’s two cute farm cats to greet you daily! The house is nearby Watagua Lake and getting out on the water was the highlight of our trip😊.

The house is a beautifully remodeled older home. The antiques remind me of some furniture my grandmother and great aunt possessed. It was fun to remember a song on the piano that my sister and I played on our family's piano when we were youngsters. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is very comfortable. It provided me with one of the best night's sleep I'd had in several days. Great hot water and pressure in the shower. I felt safe in the neighborhood and in the house. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location if you’re traveling to the area for Bristol Motor Speedway (about 15-20 min away). Lots of local restaurants (we liked The Black Olive) and close to supermarkets and fast food. This was the CLEANEST place I’ve ever stayed. Space is decorated well and is fully stocked with anything you could need. Location felt private and safe. Angel is very attentive and friendly as well! Will stay here again if we are in the area.
