This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Mel’s place-we t down to Morehead city for a fishing trip and this house was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome family vacation home. It was in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and local attractions, walking distance from the Aquarium. Loved the private beach access. The host was amazing and attentive, responses to questions were timely. The neighborhood was peaceful and people were friendly. Everything was accessible. The home had everything we needed from inside the home to outside the home. It was an overall great home and made our family vacation very memorable.

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

Very clean house! Went for a birthday vacay, good house to chill in with an indoor hot tub (no pollen)! Drew was great and responded quickly to a tv problem. Great stay, Thanks!

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

My family and I had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation! Christa was the perfect host and her place was so welcoming. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. She even had a sweet welcome gift for us, which was such a special touch. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and I loved the view of my daily walks. My family loves to fish and be out on the water, so we took advantage of the private community boat ramp/dock. We enjoyed catching drum, trout and flounder! The sunrise on the water was absolutely stunning and our last morning there we got to see a huge school of dolphins. They even put on a show for us! It was perfect!!! We enjoyed visiting The Bean coffee shop in Oriental and The Silos was a neat place to eat. We look forward to staying here again.

I had a really good time staying here! Beautiful area and really peaceful. The hosts were super helpful and really nice people! The outside shower and provided kayaks are a great feature I would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway for the weekend traveling with our doggies. It was a last minute trip, to attend the annual Harkers Island Decoy Festival. Apartment was clean and peaceful. We would stay again.

The place was fabulous and spacious and also very clean. We were close to a lot of restaurants in New Bern and shopping centers. We would surely stay again.

Sarah was a great host and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. If we get back to this area again, we wouldn't mind staying again at her facility.

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.

We had a wonderful time here. Great spot, such a quick walk to the beach and drivable to so many fun spots to visit or eat. Teresa was communicative and friendly, and we had everything we needed for a fun beach weekend getaway.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

Went for a short trip and the place was great! Location is good, amenities awesome! My nieces really enjoyed the pool and my parents a short walk to the beach! Would recommend 🙂 Communication with host was also quick!

We enjoyed our stay at Rebecca’s place! We only stayed for a night but it was perfect. Very peaceful and relaxing! It was my first time camping and I’m so glad we picked this place! Will definitely visit again! The bed is also very comfy. This place is for true nature lovers. We had a lizard chilling with us for a little bit till he ran away! I really enjoyed it! Can’t wait to come again. It is also true to description. Was cold at night but there is a small heater but I also did go in the winter so that definitely was expected. Great place and very comfortable!

If your a fan of raw wood timbers, a 37 point buck keeping guard in the living room (i kid not, count them) and a crystal clear view of the night sky by way of the trail in the back, then this is the place for you.

For anyone looking for a Clean, Great place to stay with a A class host this is definitely where you want to be! Cabin was Spotless and felt like home! I’m in town for work and had the weekend off and decided to stay here and I do not regret it a bit!

Very cute/cozy place. The whole process was easy and well informed. If we return to stay we will stay here again.
