Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking, ducks waddling through the gardens, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, an old swing in the front yard, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. You have the entire upstairs floor w/ 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. Just 0.9 miles from the Beaufort downtown area w/ shopping, dining & pubs. There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.
