An outstanding experience in every way! The apartment was extremely clean, well-organized, and everything was ready for use. If I could give a 10-star rating, I would: 5 stars go to Mr. Chawki’s parents, who warmly welcomed me and handed over the keys with kindness and respect, and the other 5 stars for the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils – you won’t need to bring a thing. The apartment is located in a traditional local neighborhood, perfect for anyone who wants to experience authentic Tunisian life. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Le logement est magnifique. J'adore le style avec des pierres et du marbre beige un peu partout. Parfaitement équipé. La nuit on peut entendre un peu la route dans 2 des chambres car elles sont du côté route (ce n'est pas une route très passante pour autant). La chambre parentale (avec salle de bain attenante) est plus calme car du côté port. Le reste du logement est très calme. L'emplacement est super, dans une zone propre et calme de Tunis. Hedia nous a très bien accueillis et s'est rendue disponible même à 5h du mat' pour notre départ ! Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans ce logement. Nous referions le même choix sans hésiter !

It was a nice place to stay. It was a two-minute walk from the center of Sidi Bou Said. There is a delicious bakery right across from the house.

l'appartement de Ramzi est super, très spacieux avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée. l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les principaux sites d'intérêt de Tunis.

Un logement tout à fait fidèle aux photos et à la description. Un accueil très agréable et une grande réactivité en cours de séjour. L’emplacement est d’autre part idéal avec tout ce qu’il faut à même pas 5 min à pieds tout en étant dans un rue très calme. Excellent séjour !

ヨーロッパの他の地域と比べると、シャワーの水量が少ないなど、設備は少し不便な箇所はありますが、チュニジアということを考えれば、快適に過ごすことができました。 特にMeriemさんとのコミュニケーションはとても快適でした。 部屋が停電した時も、夜遅くにも関わらず親切に対応してくれました。 私たちはオンラインでの仕事のために、このお部屋に滞在しました。 チュニジア全般に言えることですが、Wi-Fiは6~10Mbpsとあまり早くはありません。しかし自分たちで契約したTunisie Telecomのモバイル回線であれば30Mbps程度と、オンラインでの仕事にも問題ありませんでした。 どなたかの参考になれば幸いです。

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés wassim est sérieux et disponible à tout moment il nous a apporté un parasol pour la terrasse des que nous lui avons demandé merci wassim a très bientôt super vacances!!!!!

Un super séjour dans ce magnifique appartement très bien situé à la Marsa ! Les hôtes Kaïs et Riadh étaient très réactifs pour répondre à nos questions et demandes, merci à eux ! Je recommande à 100% !

I had a good stay at this apartment. It was clean, in a great location close to a lot of nice places, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The guard on-site was also very helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the blanket provided—it wasn't suitable for people with allergies like me. It would be great if hypoallergenic options were available. Overall, I’d recommend the place for its cleanliness, convenience, and friendly service.

Le logement de Mariem est super bien situé , j ai passé un excellent séjour

Excellent séjour chez Kenza ! La maison est idéalement placée au cœur de sidi bousaid. Accessibilité parfaite à pieds et en voiture (grâce au badge résident mis à disposition). La vue est exceptionnelle ! Seul petit bémol la cuisine manque de vaisselle, si vous souhaitez cusiner à la maison il faudra donc anticiper d’un point de vue logistique … nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce cocon de rêve !

Un séjour digne d’un conte des Mille et Une Nuits ! L’appartement est tout simplement princier, avec son lit à baldaquin et son atmosphère typique, on s’y sent transporté dans un autre monde. Mahdi a été exceptionnel : à l’écoute, ultra disponible et d’une réactivité remarquable. Il est même allé jusqu’à acheter les ustensiles de cuisine qui manquaient, dès le lendemain. Un grand merci pour cette hospitalité hors pair. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

As always, it was a nice and fun experience renting one of Kenza’s accommodations. Highly recommend staying with her cuz she’s gonna take a good care of you.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le logement est idéalement situé pour pouvoir faire des activités. Et l’hôte est très réactif au moindre question, je recommande vraiment ce logement.

The place was so nice, just like in the pictures, very clean, nice view, spacious and very comfy. Habib was very responsive and overall we really loved our stay.

We recently stayed at Imen’s Airbnb and it was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the living room was cozy and a great place to relax after a long day in the Carthaginian heat. Even better was the hostess's responsiveness, local advice, and warm welcome. She was humble and open to improvement and went out of her way to buy missing kitchen appliances and bathroom supplies to make our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend this place ☀️🐟🌴

I recommend saif as host he is very helpful person very good communication and he answers and help 24 hours I am really like the home very nice location and very clean apartment and building closed to Tunisia mall and a lot for restaurants and coffee shops I am really enjoying my stay with saif
