East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.

There is a very comfortable Queen sized bed and an additional pull out bed for another adult or child over 6. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and Continental Breakfast in the courtyard and a relaxing fire pit and spa in the evening with romantic outdoor lighting.
