Cozy, charming, well-appointed, and light-filled, Little Gemma embodies all you need to slow down, relax, and enjoy the rural feel and natural beauty of Vashon. The cabin is tucked away and private, yet centrally located near town, activities and beaches. Vashon is a special place, and Little Gemma welcomes you to discover within her walls and around the island.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Fall asleep to Bear Creek and towering hemlocks in this tiny treehouse home set in old-growth forest. A deck 20 feet up offers elevated creek views, and private trails connect to thousands of acres of wilderness. A 9’ folding glass wall and full-glass shower open the cabin to nature. Smart projector, convertible couch, and a king-short loft bed make every inch of this small footprint comfortable. Small space, big adventure.
