Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Beach Caska is only few minutes walk and beach Zrće is 15 minutes walk from the property. There are restaurants on the beach Caska, and plenty of amenities on Zrće beach. Closest supermarket in in Novalja 2,5 km away from the house.We also have wine cellar where several sorts of wine and spirits can be bought.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
