Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Ich war auf meinem Roadtrip nach Süditalien für eine Nacht bei Giovanni zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, ruhig in den Bergen, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauchte. Giovanni war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und sogar Eier, Milch und Frühstück morgens vorbei gebracht. Ich habe bisher noch nicht solch einen super Service bei Airbnb erlebt. Ich kann die Unterkunft und den Host zu 100% empfehlen.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Appartamento impeccabile, ubicazione perfetta a un passo dalla spiaggia di Serapo. Alessia e Tania gentilissime e super disponibili. Siamo arrivati dipo un lungo viaggio con due bimbi piccoli e abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità possibili, che non é affatto scontato

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

Binnen en buiten een onvoorstelbaar mooi huis. We zijn verwende reizigers, maar waren volkomen onder de indruk. Alles was er, schoon, voldoende, goede bedden, lekkere banken, topkeuken, lekker zwembad. Helemaal prive gelegen. Mooie kunst en andere spullen. De mensen van Novasol die ons binnen lieten waren zo vriendelijk. En Rosalia was zo behulpzaam. Echt alles boven verwachting!

Una bellissima esperienza insieme alla mia famigli, immersi nella natura , una vera oasi di pace e relax. Posto incantevole personale cordiale attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità lo consiglio a chi desidera staccarsi dalla realtà per qualche giorno

Abbiamo prenotato questa villa per le festività di Pasqua e Pasquetta, eravamo in 12, posizione strategica e vista mozzafiato. Da ritornarci con l’apertura della piscina. Antonio e Pasquale sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Un’esperienza a 5 stelle!

El lugar es sencillamente maravilloso, muy cómodo realmente y con un entorno de ensueño. Los anfitriones son uno más amable que el otro, todos primos según nos contaban, siempre atentos y listos para solucionar cualquier consulta, en estos 6 días que estuvimos alojados la pasamos demasiado bien aunque en esta época del año el tiempo no acompaña. En síntesis, altamente recomendable, no dejen de visitar y recomendar esta excelente propiedad, felicidad y éxitos con este maravilloso emprendimiento, la próxima vez nos vamos a quedar más tiempo, ya que bien lo vale.

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Nota assolutamente positiva per l'host e la sua famiglia, che si sono impegnati a offrirci tutto il loro aiuto per qualsiasi necessità o domanda sulle migliori attività da fare nel circondario. La casa in sé rispettava completamente ciò che la sua descrizione qui in piattaforma presentava, per nulla scontato secondo le mie esperienze passate. Il paesino dove si trova la struttura è tranquillissimo, ideale come base per riposare dopo aver svolto attività fisiche nei dintorni come noi (trekking, sport sulla neve, esplorazioni serali delle città vicine come Scanno). Nel complesso ci ha soddisfatto molto l'intera esperienza, per cui ci sentiamo di consigliarla a pieni voti 🙂

La casetta è molto carina, pulita e funzionale. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro e a due passi da in grande parcheggio gratuito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

L'appartamento di Massimo è veramente grazioso. Vicinissimo alla cascata di Isola del Liri, all'interno del centro storico. Noi eravamo di passaggio ma soggiornare a Isola è qualcosa da fare, perché i dintorni hanno tanto di offrire. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. L'appartamento nello chalet di Alessia è l'ideale per chi, seppur a tre minuti di auto dal centro di Pescasseroli, cerca tranquillità e spazi magari per portare a spasso i propri cani. il pezzo forte della casa è il salone ed il suo gigante camino, che naturalmente abbiamo utilizzato tutte le sere per grigliate le ottime carni locali. La cucina è piccola ma essenziale. Nella zona notte molto comodo il riscaldamento a pavimento. Le camere un po piccole, in due si sta bene, in quattro stretti. Gentile il custode che ci ha anche fatto arrivare la legna da ardere.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Casa nuova pulita ed accogliente, corrisponde alla descrizione, posizione ottimale, centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi. Comoda anche per andare a sciare nei comprensori di Pizzalto Aremogna Gravare. Padrone di casa molto cortese.

When I saw the photos from this Airbnb, I knew that my husband and I had to stay here! I booked it a year ahead of time so that we wouldn't miss out on this beautiful place. Reality is even better than the photos! The mountains are a lush green and provide a stunning backdrop to the gorgeous lake. We enjoyed the views from the cozy and comfortable bed, while eating lunch and dinner, and while enjoying a drink on the balcony. We grocery shopped in Scanno and made delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen. The area was lovely too! We were immursed in nature. We did the hike up to see the lake in a heart shape. We parked a 3 minute drive away, near the hotel, historic church and boat rental. We got free parking while we charged our electric car. We also explored Scanno, Introdacqua, and Pettorano Sul Gizio where we toured a small 11th century castle. I highly recommend this Airbnb! You will never forget the views and the scenic drives around the area!
