For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare. È necessaria l'automobile ma la casa prevede il parcheggio
